Original-Came way later than expected, was told this item was going to come in April, but didn't show up until Mid may.
Update: This was a, 'my bad' review on my end so I apologize! I had ordered through a different site at the same time and they were the slowpokes, not you guys! Thanks for understanding.
You guys were awesome, seriously. A mistake on my end and you fixed it. I appreciate you! Will purchase from again!

Hi Stephanie. I'm sorry the order was delayed. When I look at our record, the order was placed at 8:20pm on 4/24/25. The package was picked up by the post office the following day. The tracking showed a status of "insufficient address" on 4/26/25. The package was successfully delivered on 5/3/25 at 11am. You had brought it to our attention the address was incorrectly entered at checkout and that the package was being mailed back to us. At that point, we shipped a replacement package that was delivered on 5/1/25. Both packages were delivered. I believe this was outside of our control but I do apologize it affected your experience with us.

Good and past PAX pins in stock.
It has the pins I am hoping to buy years ago when it sold out on site. I just hope it includes the status if that particular pin is low in stock.

Detailed descriptions of items, excellent packaging and speedy service to overseas destinations make Pinnyshop a highly recommended online source of collectibles
I was warned that they may not come with backings or cards. But each one that I purchased was treated as if they were in mint condition with backings, cards and in separate bags. Not a single scratch on anything.
I didn't respond, but the seller even reached out to me which was nice.
The website was fairly easy to use and to add items to my cart. Prices were pretty good I thought for some old pins/sets too, but I know that will vary between other pins.
Shipped to overseas (USA to AU) which too it's time but not any longer than normal. Tracking and shipping numbers never showed accurate info other than it's on its way...whether that is that pinny shop didn't have all the information embedded in the tracking details or the tracking systems were the ones at fault, I dunno. But I was notified when it should have come and it came and I have received.
I am very happy with the service and seller.

Nice site to browse and search
Its a great place to find specifically arcade pinny that was either missed out or failed to find. Understand the prices is mainly due to not being available next time because it was in limited stock or difficult to initially get, if any. Will keep this bookmarked for future search if needed.
While a handful of the pins are on the pricier end, Pinny Arcade is a great way to get your hands on pins you missed out on at PAX cons, past and present. Shipping was quick and the packaging was good so I would recommend it to other shoppers. Also has a solid selection of pins and variety so you are likely to find whichever PAX specific pins you are hunting for.
Ordered $50 of pins w/ $5 shipping
Company shipped me order + $5 pin to qualify for free shipping.
Great customer service, will order more in the future.
