A great cooker!
First, I always like and try to support small businesses, especially veteran-owned small businesses, and my experience with the Pit Barrel Cooker and Pit Barrel Cooker Co. has definitely given me nothing but confidence to continue with that philosophy. When I placed my order, not only was I surprised that shipping was going to be free, but once it was placed I was shocked at how quickly my PBC arrived at my house. I unpacked the box, set it up, and was cooking on it that very day. On day one I smoked two whole chickens, and the very next day I smoked a brisket flat. I had never smoked any type of food before, but both turned out great (according to people other than me). The PBC really is an easy-to-use, set-it-and-forget-it smoker that makes consistently great food every time! I've already recommended it to my parents and several friends. I couldn't be happier! Great product from an awesome company!

The Pit Barrel is so easy to use and the food tastes unbelievable. Also the customer service is out of this world. My first time using it I had a few questions and emailed the company, they responded within a hour on a Sunday. I also ordered some of their accessories, which came within a couple days and have worked really well. I would definitely recommend this product and company.

Super easy to use and makes great food

I had seen the videos. But I have to see it with my own eyes. My friend bought one and we barbecued for the last Super Bowl and the food came out amazing. We did ribs pork and chicken. Came out delicious. So I bought my own. And I am so happy. Best investment ever.

Fantastic
This is my first smoker, so I have nothing to compare it to, but in the first week I smoked some baby backs and a chicken, both of which were awesome. Looking forward to many more meals out of the smoker!

Pit Barrel Cooker
First thing I cooked was four slabs of baby back ribs. I used my own rub and they took about 3 1/2 hours to cook. Absolutely delicious. Gave a slab to the neighbors and they raved about the flavor and juiciness. My family loved them. Next I did some chickens and they too were delicious. So easy, just set it up, start the fire, hang the meat and come back in a few hours or so and have a look.
