Glad I’m not alone knowing I’ve been scammed. I also ordered two of the flying orb drone balls on 12/04/23. I kept stalking the tracking for what I now believe to be fake updates on the “status” of my item. I reached out to customer service on 1/12/24 with no response. SCAM ALERT. Don’t trust this company. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Pixel Trendy is a SCAM.
Wish I could give a zero but I can’t. On 12/10-23 Ordered 3orby balls and it said I would get it by 12/23/23 I was fine with that. But on 23rd it wasn’t delivered nor had I received any tracking response. I finally get a tracking into after email the company and it just basically keeps saying it’s arriving. None of my emails or msg left on the company site have been answered. I’m expecting a full refund and wants this company shut down. Scamm alert guys. K. Johnson
Same here I read the reviews went to a separate website to place order thought it was legit not getting any answers wanted these for Christmas for my kids. I order from China several times before but didn’t have an issue so thought this was legit I hate it really.
This company is a scam. I just disputed the charges. Do not make a mistake by ordering anything from them. It’s not a real company. Everything they advertise is fake.
Don't Order from this Site!! I wish I read all the reviews first, I never would have place the order for 2 Flying Orbit Balls from this website (PixelTrendy.com) on December 12, 2023. I received an email confirming the order; however, to track the order you have to download Shop App, it's useless! I emailed the company and have not received any responses! When I tried logging into my account, I am getting a message saying the account does not exist!!! I'm pretty sure this site is a complete SCAM since no one is responding, there is no way to track the order, and I am getting "this account does not exist" message!! Items were Christmas gifts - I am so disappointed & frustrated.
This company used pictures of Christmas tress and other holiday decor in the advertising, also said on website Christmas delivery. I ordered on Dec 9th 2023 and I just received tracking information Dec 19th. Its still in China, no way it will make it in time. I have sent many emails all Unanswered. I will have to dispute charges on credit card. I was even smart. When I saw the ad I didn't click on it, instead I opened a new browser and searched for the item. Sure wish these reviews were available then. This is a shame of a company trying to capitalize on unfair labor practices and then disappear in the the fog with lots of money. Don't ever buy anything from this company
Ordered items were suppose to arrive by 12/16 order never arrived. Seems like a scam. My kid was really excited about the item and I read good reviews so I ordered. Will contact AG and advise bank was fraid.
I would give zero stars if I could! I ordered 3 drone balls on 12/10 and still no tracking number, PIXELTRENDY is a scam company for sure but I also question SHOP and KLARNA because both of these platforms promote PIXELTRENDY. So if between the 3 of them I don’t get my product or return, I will continue to spread the word about this retail fraud! We work too hard for our money to just give it away to companies that are potentially making millions or billions of dollars!
Order placed Dec 11th and still saying unfulfilled. No response to multiple emails. Website states 24/7 online customer service which is not true.
Same as everybody else ordered. A product was told to track it on shop I did and no progress was ever made. Can not contact the company. This must be a scam.
I ordered from PixelTrendy December 3rd 2023. They told me my order was confirmed and to track my order through the Shop App, which I did! There has been no progress so I emailed their contact and have been ignored ever since! All items were Christmas gifts for grandkids very anxious and disappointed!
My mother purchased some pajamas from this website, and contacted customer service over and over again, with no response. This may be a scam website, I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them.
