I was pleasantly surprised when my parts showed up early as initial arrival date was said to be delayed because USA did not show inventory. Always get very responsive feedback from the staff at the Edmonton branch. Have also been able to help them with parts, a win/win for both sides.

JCB couldn't get us the correct parts, and also didn't have stock of it in USA, parts came from UK both sets wrong. Went through you guys pricing and availability way better. Got the parts within 2 days of ordering, and went way smoother then dealing directly with JCB on this issue.
