The part was locally available in Edmonton, AB. Canada. I called the local number, and it was picked up in the USA. The arrangement was easy, all pricing was done in Canadian dollars, and the part shipped out the next day from the Edmonton warehouse. (It was a late-day order confirmation. ) Good communication and great service. And a genuine OEM part supplied.

PJP site has issues
PJP site has issues. Very often when you go to it you get told to email for availability. I do not have the time to got to your site punch in parts to get a message like that then have to go back and email for the avaiblity. I am not taking two steps when for that. I have just emailed in for P&As as to not waste my time on the site. Then I get emails from your team about using the site to not waste time and save money. The site waste my time and money in time spend there. The team seems more concerned with getting out of the work than resolving the site issues to drive customer usage of the site. I will say Chris Small is always extremely helpful and quick very easy to deal with and a great business partner.
