Purchased parts for transmission ,then was informed afterwards that the other parts were obsolete. Now I've already installed the purchased parts and am out a couple hundred bucks. Wish someone could have done there homework better.

They sold us a remain clutch for almost 42000,00 and when I called back to find out when it was being shipped the representative that sold it to me was on vacation. I ended up talking to another person who then explained that what she sold us was not going to work in our machine. Ever since then u have been getting the run around about getting our money back. It has been over a week and the only answer I’m getting is they are wishing with accounting. I’m beginning to think we have been scammed but everything I read states they are a real company but at this point if they were a real company we would have had our money back by now.
