What kept me from making a five star…
What kept me from making a five star review is the fact that somehow I missed or did not see that this product was coming from Europe and would have to take all the necessary steps to go through customs and the time to get here. So a disclaimer or something would help to let people know that there would be several weeks involved in the process not just one week.

There wasn't enough communication regarding where my package was and when I could expect it to be delivered. Also, when I receive the package, there are pieces that I have no idea what they are or how to use them.

When I see the advertisement of the goggles I didn’t notice you had to pull a string for each eye to operate them. I just guessed it was operated by small batteries, plus I didn’t ask any questions for more information. That has nothing to do with you, just my fault for not inquiring about how they operate.

Cute idea in Theory, poor mechanics
The glasses are really cute to look at, but the mechanics behind them are not solid. The mechanics on 3 pairs of the 4 that I purchased have already broken. They stuck when pulled. Also, there is ZERO indication on the ordering website indicating that the eyes move by pulling on strings! So, when you put the glasses on and then you have to pull the strings connected to the glasses to make the eyelids blink, you end up pulling the glasses off of your face. Not the best design, and not enough information on the website to indicate what/how the mechanics of the glasses actually works.
