Your customer service and operating policy's has no loan amount given therefore I have no idea over time how much you loaned me! Also your charging interest rates are too high taking advantage and charging people like me extreme rates!

Did the application and they requested my pay stubs, and bank statement but before I even sent in the requested info I got an email saying I was denied, even though they litterally just asked for my pay info and to confirm my bank account. Why would you have my spend the time to collect all the requested info just to deny me before I even sent it in? Very unprofessional to request all my info even though you were going to deny me before even confirming what i sent.

I did not know I accepted a loan and have been getting payments taken out without being notified
easy approval/ high interest
I was able to get a loan for an emergency after being denied from other companies. However, the interest you pay isn’t worth getting it, no matter how urgent the situation. It will probably make your financial situation 3xs worse
Plain Greens treat loyal members like trash and ripoff customers
Plain Green is a very horrible company to deal with! Does not treat people loyally, especially the higher tier customers like me! I'm a Titanium and I get the runaround constantly! I posted before and thought they did me right so I deleted that negative review because they wanted me to, but lo and behold, they went back to their crooked ways. They pay for these positive fake reviews so new customers can believe them and get swindled! Do your due diligence and really read the negative reviews posted here and the BBB.

This company is the worst. High rates, bad customer service, and not competitive. Go elsewhere. Really rude to active customers as well as new customers. Look at their BBB and other reviews. They don't like keeping customers also.
