Terrible customer service, the website was having difficulties, and I kept getting a message try again later when I attempted to pay my loan in full. (I had spoken with representative to get the total payoff earlier in the day). I finally was able to speak with someone and explain the difficulties, the representative just kept saying “we received other payments without problems.” I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor, and the representative refused to give me a supervisor (or even their name and contact information) to speak with regarding the matter, and hung up on me. I had explained I had spoken with someone previously. This issue caused many additional interest charges. The representative also stated “there is no record of speaking with someone”. Implying that I had lied once again. Never use them! I wasn’t given a reference number

Well applied for the loan got no money but they’re trying to bill me for said loan like what in the fraudulent charges is that nonsense!
As of 04/06/26 there no money deposited in my account regarding this loan so the reply is false!
New update no loan for me exists now I logged in and everything was fixed lol

I never received my loan and they are still trying to take weekly payments out of my account. I have tried to contact them with no response and the app says it is experiencing difficulties for the past few days. I would not recommend this service
