The Lobo is a great product. Pretty much flawless design in my opinion. I love the ritual of cleaning and reloading dosing capsules. Nice to have those babies loaded up for a night out or a day at the beach. dk

My Lobo stopped working
My Lobo stopped working, and the team was on it right away. After some troubleshooting, they decided the two-year warranty was still in effect . They sent it with no problems and very promptly. Good job.

All around solid products with equally solid customer service. I’m not a huge fan of the recycler stem for the Lobo, but that is a personal preference issue on my part rather than a POTV issue. I have had only positive purchases and interactions with POTV. Their educational videos are fun and informative as well.

Fast, easy, and as expected
Everything was fast, easy, reasonably priced, and as expected. I even got a great grinder for free. About all you could ask for! One comment: there seemed to be a disconnect between the PotV package tracking page and the USPS tracking page, and so when USPS pushed back the delivery date because of the holiday weekend the PotV system/page didn’t update its expected delivery date. This (I think, at least) triggered PotV’s system to think my delivery was way behind schedule and regularly send me emails about it with apologies and updates, since the system could see that I hadn’t received the package yet but it thought I was supposed to have. It takes two seconds to delete an email so this isn’t a complaint or anything, just flagging it in case it’s helpful for you guys to know.
