Because the shipping address you used is incorrect, the U.S. Postal Service is unable to deliver the package. I have contacted you multiple times about this issue and have received nothing but generic automated responses. I paid for this order, and it is your responsibility to ensure it is delivered to the correct address. In my follow-up messages, I have provided my correct shipping address again, yet the issue remains unresolved. Please respond promptly with a specific plan to resolve this. Either have the package redirected to my correct address or send a replacement order to the address I originally provided. I expect a timely response and a resolution to this matter.

I purchased the planet of the Vapes lobo, which I use everyday, it works great, I have multiple attachments, recently bought a recyclable bubbler which I'm very happy with, getting great hits off of the device always, the device is exactly as advertised very easy to use and very effective, I love all the YouTube videos showing how to use all the devices, just a great device from a great site obviously made by great people, thank you planet of the vapes
