Barrage of emails, but no usable coupon code...
I entered my email address to receive a coupon. I've received 4 emails in about 10 minutes. One had a coupon code that said it was good on any order - but when I tried to use it, it wouldn't work. I placed the order anyway, and fingers are crossed that I'll receive a healthy plant.

Great company they deliver beautiful plants that are shipped and they arrive in healthy condition. It’s wonderful because you can order just what you want. You don’t have to wander around Garden centers and trying to find what you want.

Great shopping experience - exclusive hydrangea
Their website was easy to navigate, they ship quickly and carefully, and send follow up emails once sure you know how to care for your plants. Very happy with the plants we received.
Website easy to maneuver.
The plants arrived in good shape
The plants arrived in good shape, but I was ill for several weeks with severe anemia which led to a week's hospital stay. I have more tests next Friday. I am too weak to do the planting. My dreams of a beautiful perennial flower garden to outlast me this year have vanished.

Hibiscus that survives in Colorado
Website was extremely easy to maneuver. Beautiful pics of what the plant could look like. I am in a drier climate in Colorado, so want to make sure it survives
Great company
This company sent my plants in really nice packaging, so every plant arrived without being broken. They filled my order perfectly. They were prompt with filling the order.
Ordering online
Ordering online, especially plants, can be questionable. But not here with Plant Addicts. They have a large variety of plants, both indoor and outdoor, and supplies and advise. The customer service is the best I have come across in a very long time. They are pleasant and helpful and a joy to chat with.

Plant addicts has been fantastic at responding to issues created not by them, but by the shipping of the trees to my address. The shipping Service damaged two of the boxes on the way each time Plant addicts immediately shipped out another Plant. The final plant arrived safely and in good health.
