My daughter sent me a gift card for Plant Addicts for Mother's day. I used it to buy a butterfly bush. I was absolutely AMAZED at how well it was packed. It was fresh, and the soil moist. The box was sturdy and delivered uncrushed. Since planting it, it has grown to about twice the original height and has a LOT of flowers, which the butterflies love! Overall, a really great 1st purchase experience. Thank you, Plant Addicts.

The Rhododendron Dandy Man Colorwheel arrived in 2 days in excellent condition. Even larger than I was expecting. Can definitely recommend this grower Plant Addicts.
Plants arrived dead
Plants arrived late. Some were wilted. We planted all 20 plants day of arrival. 2 survived. So I submitted a request for refund or replacement and they wanted pictures. I sent before and after pictures. Then they asked for before after pictures with the order number when I said basically all of the plants died. I am done with this company and want to warn everyone. Go to BiMart if you are in the Pacific NW.

I think this is my third order from Plant Addicts, and I can honestly say they have some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Any time I've had a question or concern about one of my plants, they've responded quickly with detailed, personalized advice to help me keep it healthy. Their shipping is always fast, and they keep you updated every step of the way. Most recently, FedEx delivered my tree upside down in the middle of a rainstorm and left it at my garage instead of my covered porch. The box was completely soaked, falling apart, and my tree arrived broken. I reached out to Plant Addicts simply looking for advice on how to save the tree because I planned to file a claim with FedEx myself. Instead, they immediately stepped in, gave me detailed instructions to help save my tree, sent me a replacement, and even handled the FedEx claim for me. I was genuinely blown away by how they handled everything—although I probably shouldn't have been, because every experience I've had with them has been just as wonderful. It's rare to find a company that truly stands behind its products and genuinely cares about its customers the way Plant Addicts does. Their plants are beautiful, their customer service is unmatched, and they've earned a customer for life. Thank you, Plant Addicts, for simply being you! I can’t remember how I found you but I’m so glad I did!
The quality of the plants are amazing…
The quality of the plants are amazing and the packaging for delivery is just as good as the plants. This company has far exceeded my expectations and I think they are on the top tier of pricing BUT you get what you pay for and what I got was well worth the money. You get the same quality plant as you would from a high end local nursery except it comes right to your door. The customer service was exceptional. Fed ex lost my order and when I contacted them to let them know, they were amazing at shipping out a replacement immediately. I highly recommend this company. Fyi I am a plant contasoir and love odd plants and expect quality. So this says a lot alone.
