What people say

Hi Glen, We noticed you changed your review to a negative rating, and we apologize if the verification process put you off. We perform this across the board as a regular process for any new payments used or for any returning customers, but it may sometimes be requested on a subsequent purchase. You may read below for more information. https://support.playerauctions.com/hc/en-us/articles/115008370507-What-does-Verifying-Payment-mean-Verification-Guide Coinbase is being offered as an alternative; because it's a stored wallet, it does not require verification from our end (unless there are security issues). Your purchases aren't being 'flagged' as 'suspicious', and this is for security compliance. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Regards, Richard
