Everything about my experience with Plumb Professionals was amazing! The dispatcher was efficient and followed up to make sure he had all the necessary information to provide to the plumber who would be doing the work. My tenants said that the plumber arrived during the designated time, was professional and did a great job while he was there. As the homeowner what I appreciated the most was their honesty. The service call was for the plumber to replace the hot water heater, as well as fix the garage disposal that was not functioning correctly. Since I was not going to be at the house when the plumber arrived, I had already approved the replacement of the garbage disposal if it couldn't be fixed. I was totally shocked when the plumber called me to let me know that he was able to fix it and wouldn't need to replace it, thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. Maybe I've dealt with too many unscrupulous companies, but I just assumed that he would take advantage of me not being there and replace the garage disposal anyway. I will definitely be calling Plumb Professionals again!

Speedy Water Heater Replacement
Our water heater started leaking so I reached out to a few companies to get quotes. Your dispatcher was great with answering questions and helping get someone out to look at it. When James got to our house, he walked me through what he saw and our options. He confirmed a lot of which I already knew and pointed out a few things like update codes that I didn't. We were able to get scheduled for a replacement quickly and the job was done ontime and as quoted. Our water has been working great and there is noticable difference in the new vs old heater. I've had to lower the setting on the heater a couple times because it's been so much more effecient than the older one. Overall a very positive experience.

The 5th star is missing only because I think the toilet handle replaced is a little larger than it should be. The plumber sent to do the job was efficient, friendly and very professional. It was only using the handle later that I realized that extra care had to be taken in using it.

Excellent Plumber!
Jacob did an exceptional job in my son's newly purchased condominium. The property had been used as a rental for many years and its plumbing had been abused. Jacob replaced all the shut off valves, one toilet and the garbage disposal. He also snaked the kitchen drain that had become totally blocked by grease. He worked skillfully, efficiently and with good humor to repair the condo's plumbing and bring to specs. I will definitely use Jacob and Plumb Professionals for my future plumbing needs.

Attentive dispatchers that sent a true professional to meet our urgent needs and complete installation of a new bathroom sink. Owner of condo lives in a wheelchair and the sink that needed replacing was the only one he could use. The granite vanity top needed to be ground to fit new handles.. When that was done, it took three phone calls to find a plumber to come the same afternoon— Plumb Professionals offered two hours of service and dispatched a plumber within 3 hours of my call to them.

I was very pleased that I could schedule an appointment for early the morning after I called. Plummer was on time (actually early), identified the problem, and quickly made the repair. Only disappointment - he caulked around the base of the toilet, and it was not a very neat job. After he left, I cleaned it up so it looked better. Ergo, a 4, not a 5.
