Mike explained everything he was doing. Fast and professional. Made multiple suggestions that I will follow up on. Perfect experience.
The communication from Gary was excellent; keeping me posted on when he was arriving, during the work itself and once he completed the job. From the original estimate, which was very reasonable, to the completion of the job; I trusted the plan and recommended approach from Gary. I will definitely use Plumb Professionals again!

Andy was very knowledgeable and gave best and worst case scenarios. All charges were discussed up front, scheduling was easy, company was very responsive; Andy was on-time, had great communication and was very professional (space was very clean and all garbage was removed). Very happy with the new toilet!
Professional, quick, great communication. Repair cost seemed high for a minor repair.
