They got my child’s name wrong two…
They got my child’s name wrong two times and by the time the third video made it his birthday passed. They do not respond. Horrible communication!!! Do not order from them!! UPDATE!! this is how they treat their customers: I'm not sure why you're requesting a refund. We delivered your video, and when you asked us to change the name because of the pronunciation, we did. We also responded to your requests and made multiple revisions to help you. As mentioned before, each edit requires time, resources, and work from our team. We understand you're disappointed, but we did our best to assist you throughout the process.

The perfect gift for a child, creating memories. The process was excellent—from processing the order to the production time and the quality of the video. I would definitely order it again for every birthday of my grandson.

I saw their ad on Facebook and conducted some research. After doing so, decided to place order for my grandson’s upcoming 3rd birthday. Video arrived quickly and as advertised. I love it and cannot wait to gift it to him. I highly recommend this vendor.

Absolutely amazing! First draft mispronounced my daughter’s name, emailed them and they were happy to help fix it. I also enquired if I could change the photo as I used one that was quite cropped and they were happy to help! 2nd and final video was absolutely amazing and spot on! Daughters had a sneak peek (she heard her name while I was previewing) and her eyes lit up so much! Fantastic service, happy to accommodate and speedy responses! I didn’t pay for fast track, I ordered on 26/06, 1st video received 28/06, email sent with amendments 29/06 and final video received 01/07, well in advance of birthday 07/07! Amazing!!!

First time ordering and I'm very excited to give my grandchildren these birthday videos from their favorite characters. Excellent experience I had even when I reached out for some help, that one of my videos ordered, I didn't receive. Right away response and right away resent video and shared it may be in spam. The video it's self is also very nicely done and the children are going to LOVE it!!!! Don't hesitate to order.
Bluey birthday
I emailed them twice to correct how the name is pronounced and that the spelling of my child’s name is wrong on one of the screens. They did reply back in time to change it, the pronunciation was still a little odd but my daughter absolutely loved it and keeps playing it. She lit up that bluey had sent her a personal birthday message! The message is nice and the birthday song is super cute.

I truly love the personal lighting McQueen birthday video for my son who is turning 5. When I watched it to make sure it came out good I started getting teary eyed because it came out the way I expected it to be and I just enjoyed watching it before he does and it made me smile.
