This company failed to resolve multiple complaints about double billing. The on-site managers at the Miami site failed to resolve the problem and it was nearly impossible to reach anyone in corporate to resolve. The bottom line is they failed to address multiple complaints.
I want to thank Park N Fly in Oakland for caring for my vehicle. In my haste, I left my driver-side window open. When I returned from a three-day trip, my window had a heavy plastic covering. At first, I thought the window had been broken, but was pleased to see that the staff had covered my mistake so that it was safe and free from the elements. My gratitude to the person who helped.

we were gone 17 days came back late because of delays and thought our driver window had been broken. NOPE -- I had left it down (moron) After 2 1/2 weeks wide open car and nothing missing !!! Now that is safe and I am telling everyone :)
It's easy to make reservations online. You show your QR code at the entrance. Park, get picked up by shuttle and they take you to your airline. Pick up is every 10-15 minutes. They take you right to your vehicle
I would highly recommend using Park N Fly for parking your vehicle- it was a very smooth process and got me to and from the airport quickly, no waiting!
Every driver I encountered during the service was friendly and personable in a genuine way.
I mistake reserved a spot for pork and fly. It was at the wrong airport. I called them to cancel and emailed them several times. Never have gotten a response. So we scheduled a spot in Parkin spot. I had scheduled February 23 until March 3. I have emailed and called numerous times and never got a call back or email back.

Your personnel are always helpful. Our driver, Jimmy, helped us with our luggage, including putting them in our car. He was fun and friendly.
The parking lot was well lit and orderly with ample space between cars. The shuttle picked me up and dropped me off at my car; I didn't have to lug my bags to a waiting area. The best thing is the staff. When I returned to my car, after it had been sitting for a week, the battery was dead. Even though it was very late the staff immediately and professionally went into action to help me get it started. They were kind and courteous. I'd give them 11 stars out of 10!

Using this option is convenient and cost efficient. The ease of using the codes in the machines should be looked at for better clarity and allowing customers to drive into the parking ramp. Love the covered ramp option!
