Why Park at the Airport?
The location is ideal and staff is friendly and professional!
Be aware of the pickup spot at Chicago Midway Airport
I used to be a frequent parker at Park N Fly (formerly Midway Park & Ride) and wasn't made aware of the change in picking spot during our return back to Midway. When we tried to reach customer service, I kept getting automated text stating that a shuttle has been dispatched and need to head to gate 5 outside. With gates 1 to 4 on one side of the exit and with quite a few airport shuttle buses in front of gate 4 blocking what possibly could be gate 5 (if there was one on the same side as gates 1-4), we didn't realize until after waiting for over 20 minutes that gate 5 was actually on the opposite side of gates 1-4 with entry to gate 5 in the baggage area within the terminal. My effort to reach customer service to speak to a live person, ended up only receiving the same automated text message every time that caused more frustration. While I was lucky to have my daughter's checkout the inside of the terminal to finally find our way out, my thought about first time facility users (or) older people/not-so-abled folks that were in the same position as me, caused great concern. I recommend that the drivers notify the customers about the pick up spot while they drop off (or) include in the automated text message that gate 5 is inside the terminal behind Baggage claim # 8 to provide more direction to customers and reduce frustration and have pleasant experience with using your facility.
Park 'N Fly airport pickup
The quick pick up after y arrival to IAH. I did not like hearing that the car wash was broken...again...and not yet repaired. Happened last year same time.
Timely and helpful service

I’ve used Park ‘N Fly for many years…
I’ve used Park ‘N Fly for many years and it keeps getting better. From the moment you pull in, the kindness from the people that work there is not normal! If you choose the valet service they meet you at your car, take your items and you just walk onto the shuttle. It’s an unbelievably smooth and easy process. Not only is the service impeccable, it’s about half the cost of the airport long term or short term parking. Thank you, Park ‘N Fly!

Excellent Customer Service
Parknfly cleveland is great. Staff is always really friendly and helpful. When I arrived back in Ceveland after a week of my car sitting in the lot, it would not start. the driver of the shuttle waited for me to see if it did start, then she jumped the car for me and made sure it worked fine before leaving. THAT is ECCELLENT customer service. I highly recommend.
