Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally appreciate the great garment quality, robust heavyweight fabrics, and the wide variety of customizable options available for streetwear clothing lines. Many buyers find the ordering process smooth and note that the received items feel substantial, authentic, and high-end. Supporters frequently mention that the team is helpful and responsive to creative ideas.

I cannot recommend PODpartner based on my experience with their embroidery quality and customer service.
I initially ordered a sample because I was considering PODpartner as a fulfillment partner for my clothing brand. Unfortunately, the embroidery quality was below the standard I would be comfortable sending to a customer. The lettering was uneven and distorted in several areas, the stitching lacked the clean finish shown in examples on their website, and there was a visible loose thread that should have been caught during quality control.
After I raised these concerns, PODpartner acknowledged that the loose thread was a finishing/QC issue. Their compensation for the poor-quality work was only a $1 credit to my POD Wallet.
During our correspondence, they explained that their current embroidery setup has limitations with small lettering. They then offered a one-time embroidery test run for my next sample order. Their representative specifically instructed me to place the order, send them the order number, and they would have the factory perform the embroidery test first. They said they would send me clear photos for approval before proceeding with production and refund the order if the test could not meet my required standard.
I followed their instructions exactly.
I placed the new sample order and emailed them immediately on October 5 with the order information. After receiving no response, I followed up again on October 12. Despite the order remaining in a waiting-for-approval status, PODpartner never responded and never provided the test run they had promised.
I ultimately requested cancellation and a refund because I no longer felt comfortable proceeding.
For me, this became a much bigger issue than one imperfect embroidery sample. As a clothing brand, I have to be able to trust a fulfillment partner to produce acceptable merchandise, communicate when problems arise, honor commitments they make, and take accountability when something goes wrong.
Based on this experience, I do not have enough confidence in PODpartner’s accountability or dependability to allow them to fulfill products directly to my customers. If they will not reliably follow through on an agreed quality-control process for a sample order, I am not comfortable taking the risk with customer orders.
If you are considering PODpartner—particularly for embroidery—I strongly recommend ordering samples first, inspecting them carefully, and being cautious about relying on special quality-control arrangements even when they are confirmed by customer service.
Very quality material and prints. I wasn't expecting that at all.
My only disappointment is not being contacted in time or at all, about the discontinuation of a particular short that I ordered for, that affected the overall delivery of my orders. The silence gave me sleepless nights and I made up my mind that i will never do business with them again. But thank God the delay was handled and my hoodie arrived and it looks so good. Now let see how long the print last.

Hi Chukwuemeka,
Glad the hoodie turned out well.
I’m Boris from the brand team, and I’d like to look into your order myself. Could you DM us on Instagram @podpartner_official with your account email and order number? Give us the chance to get our service up to the same level as the product.
Let us know how the print does after a few washes.

Garment quality is alright, Print quality is terrible tho, the blacks came out grey and it's a little blurry. would not recommend... also took hella long to dispatch and ship. sad cuz i paid 20 bucks for a below average quality shirt...
Reply from PODpartner2026-10-10
Hey, sorry about this. Blacks coming out grey and blurry shouldn’t happen.
Can you DM me on Instagram @podpartner_official with your order number and a couple of photos? I’ll look into the print and the shipping timeline on my end.
Boris, PODpartner
The other "positive" reviews on this page should really be looked into further as I highly doubt most of them are written by real customers. This company has to be the worst POD company there has ever been. The only decent thing I can say is their garment quality, but other than that, everything is well below standard. But the worst thing about the company is the people themselves. They blocked us as soon as we made a complaint about the printing on a product. We escalated to PayPal and they completely fabricated a story to avoid refunding the item.

Hi, sorry to read this. Good to hear the garments themselves held up.
I’d like to understand what happened with the print on your order. Send me a DM on Instagram @podpartner_official with your order number and I’ll look into it personally.
Boris, PODpartner
Great experience, received my first sample and very happy with the quality and the printing.

Thanks George, glad you’re happy with the sample! If you want to try something bolder next time, mix Jumbo DTG, HTV and 3D puff embroidery on the same piece. We do all three in our own factory. And once your Shopify store’s connected, orders come straight to us, even if it’s just one piece.
Love this platform! They’re extremely helpful and are always expanding their catalog & print style. Easy to use and easy to work with.

Thanks Dreamers Only, really appreciate it! More coming soon too. Caps with 3D puff embroidery just went live, and woven labels are opening up to everyone soon if you want your own tag on the next drop!
Printing is terrible. The entire black background of the image i uploaded was printed, both the front and back image i had printed were surrounded by a black printed background that was printed uneven. Looks terrible for the price is expected alot better. Vista print doesn't have this problem.
I've brought multiple print on demand items from PODpartner, including t shirts, hoodies and shorts. The quality of the garments is better than other companies I have dealt with in the past and if there ever is an issue their customer support team speaks good English and have resolved any problems quickly. I do not think I would use another company for print on demand items.

Thanks C M, and thanks for trusting us with tees, hoodies and shorts. Most of our blanks are made in our own factory, up to 440GSM heavyweight, so it’s good to hear the quality comes through. We’re still getting better at this. If you ever want to try a new piece or technique, just shout.
This website has allowed me to create and expand my clothingbrand efficently and easily. They are constantly improving their website and services, which has encouraged me to stay even as my brand has grown. I have seen some bad reviews about service, but overall they have always been pretty helpful and somewhat quick to respond. While I have had a few issues, they were nothing major and definitely not big enough to steer me away from working with them, and all of the issues were fixed with help from support. The quality of the shirts is also Amazing! Although I will admit their sizing for things like pants, and even some of the oversized shirts, can be bigger than expected, which has concerned some of our buyers (Which could be their fault since PODPartner supplies sizing charts). Overall, I like PODpartner and would not switch, and I would even refer others to use it! The only thing I would like to see is more options available with blanks. In all fairness, they are always adding new blanks, and they do a great job with quality on what they already have so it is not a big issue to me.

Thanks Pierino, this is a really fair and detailed review, and thanks for sticking with us as your brand’s grown.
Noted on the pants and oversized fits running big. We’ll look at making the size charts clearer so your buyers can pick the right size more easily. We keep adding new blanks, and we’re also opening up custom patterns soon, so you’ll be able to get fits made the way your brand wants them. I’ll let you know as soon as it’s live.
I parinted my design on 2 products sold by PODpartner. The print quality and the products I received were impressive. As a designer, it is important to find a good supplier who can transform my design into actual work, and the service I got from PODpartner exceded my expectations. Also, their POD product catalouge is very good, with unique items. Highly recommended

Thanks, means a lot coming from a designer! If you want to go bigger next time, try Jumbo DTG. It prints up to 24×24″, so you can use pretty much the whole front as your canvas.
I worked with PODpartner on a content collaboration and had a very positive experience. Elvin communicated clearly, provided useful information, paid promptly, and gave constructive feedback throughout. The entire process was professional and straightforward.
Reply from PODpartner2026-10-10
Thanks Samir, it was great working with you too. Really appreciate how honest and upfront you were about us in your content. I’ll pass this on to Elvin. And if any other creators out there want to work with us, just reach out.
PODpartner is a very reliable service with outstanding quality! Just ordered around 40-50 Tees for my apparel brand and not a single tee had any flaws! Very reliable!
Reply from PODpartner2026-10-10
Thanks Goldstone! Not one flaw out of 40-50 tees, that’s great to hear. We make the blanks, print and check everything in our own factory, so the whole batch should come out the same. Thanks for trusting us with your brand, can’t wait to see the next drop.
Spent a while trying to find someone who'd put embroidery straight over a DTG print. Kept getting told no, or that I should move it onto the sleeve.
These guys just did it. Stitching didn't chew up the print underneath, which was the thing I kept getting warned about.
Samples got in 10 days. So fast! I‘d be happy enough with two weeks.
Blanks are noticeably heavier than my old supplier too. Will be ordering again this month!!
Reply from PODpartner2026-10-10
Thanks Franziska! A lot of places won’t stitch over a DTG print because the printing and embroidery usually happen in different shops. We do both under one roof, so we can get the stitch density and order right without wrecking the print underneath. And yes, our blanks go up to 440GSM. Looking forward to your order this month!
i was looking for a pod supplier that offers premium garments and more printing abilities for a long time and im so glad they reached out to me. i am getting set up with them for my clothing brand. excited to see how it goes.
Reply from PODpartner2026-10-10
Thanks Trevor, welcome aboard! If anything comes up while you’re getting set up, just message me. We’re one of the few POD suppliers that actually make our own blanks, so the garment and the print both come from us. Once you start sampling, try mixing Jumbo DTG, embroidery and HTV on the same piece. That’s what we do best. Woven labels are also launching soon, so you’ll be able to put your own tag on everything. Can’t wait to see your brand go live.
Ordered a sample print. Shirt is good quality but the print faded after one wash
Reply from PODpartner2026-07-20
Thank you for taking the time to share this. Print durability matters a lot to us, and we'd really like to understand what happened with your order. Would you mind sending us a DM at @podpartner_official with your order number and a photo of the shirt? We'll look into it and follow up with you personally.
Great Company. Wide variety of street wear clothing, they are always updating and adding more clothing and new customizations. I reached out on Instagram they responded quick and were very friendly and professional. Boris is the one who reached out he said to let him know about anything. It appears that they genuinely care for customers ideas and concerns. The samples I have ordered so far have all been amazing quality. No complaints!
Reply from PODpartner2026-10-10
Thanks Christyan! What I said still stands, hit me up on IG anytime. Glad the samples came out great. There’s more on the way too: custom patterns and woven labels are both launching soon, so you’ll be able to make pieces that are fully your own.
The print quality and the turnaround times are really good for this print provider. I'm excited to test out some more pieces for my brand. Customers really enjoy the quality of the apparel.
The printing quality is really poor. The colors are faded, dull, and unclear.
The garment itself is okay, but the print quality is so bad that I cannot recommend PODpartner. In my opinion, PODpartner's only competitive advantage is its ability to offer a larger printable area. Unfortunately, that advantage doesn't make up for the poor print quality.
PODpartner should buy a better ink or better DTG machines.
Reply from PODpartner2026-07-03
That's not the quality we work to, and I won't pretend faded, dull print is normal here. The machines aren't the issue by the way — our DTG hardware is industry-standard, the same kind serious print shops run, so "buy better machines" isn't really where the fix is. When something comes out washed out like that, it's on us to find out why and make it right, and with your actual order in hand we can do exactly that.
Send your order number to [email protected] and mention this review. We'll check the production record, tell you straight what went wrong, and reprint it.
You said our only edge is the bigger print area. Fair — going by this order, I get why you'd say that. But print quality is supposed to be an edge too — let us prove that on the reprint.
Working with POD Partner has truly amplified the creative possibilities for my brand. Their platform makes it easy to bring all of my streetwear ideas to life, from concept to final product. I really appreciate the multi-step production process because it shows the attention to detail and care that goes into every piece.
The quality of the garments, printing, and overall craftsmanship has helped my brand stand out and feel more elevated. Whether it’s experimenting with unique designs, premium fabrics, or custom details, POD Partner gives creators the tools to produce pieces that feel authentic and high-end. Definitely a great partner for brands looking to level up their streetwear vision.

Thanks Antonio! The core work, from blanks to printing and embroidery, happens in our own factory, which is what lets us build up the details layer by layer. Really glad that comes through in your pieces. Woven labels and custom patterns are both launching soon too, so you’ll be able to take your pieces even further. Can’t wait to see what you drop next.
I dont know why this company has bad reviews. Ive been using them for ages and they do nothing but provide good quality, to me and my customers. I highly recommend!
Reply from PODpartner2026-10-10
Thanks Anfernee, really appreciate you speaking up after being with us this long. Hearing your customers are happy too means the most. Woven labels and custom patterns are both launching soon, so there’ll be even more you can do with your pieces.
