This program has root cause core solutions
These practitioners "get" what I and so many others are going through who have exhausted both the western medical approach and integrative medical approaches without success. This program is about getting at the root cause and Lauren did an excellent job of explaining how their program does just that. She has been through significant health challenges herself, so I can trust. I highly recommend this program, so far, it is making sense in a way others have not.

A huge waste of money
A urine test showing high-level inflammation is not the same as a test for heavy metals in the brain. In my opinion, this gig is a case of faulty logic that frightens people into the program that costs $1000 a month. I did not get any clear explanation about why I need to be in the program. The testing is inadequate: all you do is fill out a questionnaire. Really? That is how a DOCTOR knows you have heavy metals in the brain???Do not waste your money.
The coaching sessions were wonderful. Very helpful. Nalita Devi was friendly and knowledge. The program works! I had severe neuropathy and skin issues. After 1 year neuropathy is probably 80% better. Skin also improved greatly, I rarely think of my skin. Think of what next year will bring!

Healing comes the first time you say Yes
My first two days on the core program supplements seem to make me tired, but I was already tired all the time, crashing around two every afternoon with no gas in the tank for the rest of the day. Then day 3-5 I noticed I was lasting till 5:00 each day and still had gas in the tank for more; what a difference. I can tell whatever is happening is good, I'm feeling better every day and much of the fog brain is gone, snapping right back to knowing why and for what I walked into another room. This is just the beginning of my journey so I know there are many great things to come, especially because God pulled me to this program after praying for healing for awhile. God's timing is always right and I'm thankful beyond measure and excited to keep learning and healing. Thank you God for all the people you use for the benefit of other's. SCAM Company - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I ordered their kits under the assumption that they were not an AT HOME test with no doctor review. When I received the two kits that I had ordered, I figured that out and promptly requested an RMA to return them and they ghosted me. In my mind that makes them scam artists. I'll be notifying my credit card company and the attorney general for my state and theirs. It's a SCAM.

There is hope!!!!
After getting a mild case of Covid in 2020, my life changed overnight! I struggled daily with many ailments that no Dr could explain and I could find no relief! My inflammation levels were really high, Covid wrecked my nervous system for those 5 1/2 years. I had tried so many other things. I saw the ad for the Pompa program and reached out. I started the program in Feb 2026 and started feeling better soon after. In May I had my blood work done and for the first time since Covid my inflammation levels were in the normal range! I have seen other improvements that inflammation levels affect! I know I have a ways to go but I am so glad I started this program!! I highly recommend it!!

I had a true miracle happen this yesterday at a neurologist that I've waited to get into for a long long time!!! When they were scheduling me to get in the movement disorder clinic (that could have been 7 months two years) there was an opening that had just happened and they got me in with a very highly known and respected Dr. a week from Friday (31)!!!

I am a general contractor
I am a general contractor. I have engaged with clients for 50 years. I have never talked with a more manipulative, deceptive, untrustworthy sales approach in my life. Although a car salesman once tried the same approach on me before. I would not believe any of the testimonies or any of the test. This organization by there sales approach say alot of what type of people they are. I have never given a testimony like this before. Be careful!!
Stay away.
The program is ineffective, overpriced and dangerous.
You don't need to take handfull of supplements each day made of ingredience that could potentially hurt you.
Eat healthy and your health will improve
What to eat and what not to?
Listen to scientists/professors like R. Lustig, B. Bikman, Sally K. Norton and you will know.
I found this company to be very corrupt, dishonest, unprofessional.

Just don't
I only give this program. 1 star instead of zero because the staff was friendly; and because there is no zero star rating.
That said, this program is ridiculous. It costs 5k per person and they guarantee you all kinds of things that, in the end, aren't valid. Particularly the full refund if it doesn't work.
This system actually made both myself, and my mom even more sick so they kept adjusting my doses. After a year of being sick from their program's medications we finally asked for our money back... it turned out to be impossible.
Just don't.
I feel my fybro is basically cured! I’m doing amazing! There’s still a few things I am working on brain fog, tired by 2pm for one hour but then fine again! And endless headaches and sinus infections but they have gotten better! I am doing cavitations in January so I’m very excited about that! Oh and my colits seemed to be almost cured as well!

I purchased of Dr pompa's test kits filled out all the information and then was told my spouse needed to be present for the consultation I told them he would not be present they said they were looking forward to the meeting but didn't know if I would qualify for their program without him being there very disappointing so I canceled my consult and now have wasted my money it should not be required to have a spouse present that makes no sense very poor business

6 years of health issues
I have been dealing with health issues since 2020. I had a new PET scan last month and new blood labs last week and for the first time in 6 years these tests came back normal. I have been on medication for 6 years with no change, and on the Pompa Program for 6 months and have medical tests that are normal for the first time. I believe the Pompa Program has done this, and I look forward to see what new experiences I have over the next few months.
I have had a great experience thus far with everything and everyone since joining this program. I feel better, I feel my coaches have been supportive and knowledgeable with the products I use for the core program and now the program section where we add more detox supplements. I find the entire team knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy. I feel much better now since I have been in the program.

Dear Pompa Program
Dear Pompa Program, I'll start at the beginning. I was very sick starting in 2015 when I was under stress taking care of my Dad for 8 years with Alzheimers. He passed away on January 8, 2024 - 7 days after my birthday - the most difficult time in my life. My Mom passed in September 2023 from cancer that she kept from me. I was at such a low point then. I spent 3 years on the couch unable to do anything. I had many doctor appointments and GI appointments, full body CT scan, blood work you name it. CT scan was normal, blood work normal as well. I ended up with C DIFF. Never a diagnosis. My doctor told me that they were testing for cancer which I didn't know they were doing that. I didn't ask questions, I just did whatever they told me to do out of desperation. My hair was falling out, most days I had to stay near a bathroom as I almost had no control over that. I would push through while my husband and I drove everywhere doing gigs for two bands. We knew every rest stop. In February 2025 I remember breaking down on my knees calling to God asking why I'm going through this because I have loved my Jesus and my Father since I was a child. I ended that night asking God to just fix it. 2 weeks later I came across a video with Dr. Pompa. A miracle happened that day. I called and joined his program. I was assigned to Coach Amber Sanchez and what a blessing she is to me. Amber has been such an amazing supportive coach. Whenever I had a question she answered me almost immediately and I can always count on her to inspire me to keep lifting myself. She never rushes our calls and is so patient. Three months into the program my rash on my calves, back and tail bone vanished. This was the confirmation that this program works as I had that rash for years even went to a dermatologist for shots that didn't work. Six months into this my friends started coming up to me smiling and saying "Oh my gosh your face and your skin is glowing" and "WOW you look amazing" I was able to go for walks again. We were able to go to gigs without stopping at every rest area. I changed my whole lifestyle, replaced every toxic foods, switched to glass containers, the way I shopped, including seasonings, and dressings. I make my own sauces, gravies, and threw out anything that had ingredients that I couldn't pronounce, learned about seed oils, etc. I went back to working out 6 days a week and that feels so wonderful. I have maintained the same weight for the last year. Dr. Pompa is right about diet variations. His videos on the cells and how he explained the bucket theory is absolutely correct. I remember to take my Vitamin G every single day. Thank you Dr. Pompa and Amber for all that you have helped me through. I am a completely brand new person. I couldn't say enough of how this journey has changed me, enlightened me, supported me and gave me my life back. I thank our Lord, Jesus and God our Father for bringing me to you.
