Very disappointed but I know things happen and changes improve but the aluminum container pick was a mistake I rather stay with the glass containers better. One of the lids apparently was loose or it was leaking. When I try to tighten it it would not close completely. So is evaporating slowly. So I'm sorry for the negative response but being that it took long to arrive and the money spend I realize it was a bad purchase.

Hi Wayne, thank you for ordering your Poppers on poppers-now.com. We're excited about your positive review and wish you a lot of fun with your fresh Poppers.
I found the purchasing and delivery service satisfactory; however, I did not like the products themselves. I have tried other poppers, and their effects and aroma were more intense. Thank you for your attention.

My products showed up 2 days early…
My products showed up 2 days early which was awesome 😎. Not overly happy with the product itself honestly speaking because it was not what I was led to expect. That was not any fault of yours but just people who told me that is was way better than what it actually was . Live and learn I guess.

Good product, however it takes a week or more to get it delivered, and the shipping details email promises to provide shipping information but that second email with the shipping tracking number never comes through.

Excellent service with a few suggestions for international customers
Overall, I had a very positive experience purchasing from this seller. The ordering process was straightforward, communication was excellent, and the delivery was faster than expected.
Some suggestions for improvement would be to provide clearer guidance on international deliveries, including estimated delivery timeframes, a list of countries served, and an indication of potential import duties or taxes. As an international customer in South Africa, I would also have appreciated the option to view prices in my local currency (ZAR). Without this, I was uncertain of the final cost until I received confirmation from my bank that the transaction had been processed.
The prompt email confirmations and regular order status updates, including payment received, order processing, and dispatch notifications, were excellent. The entire process felt professional and efficient.
My order took approximately 14 working days from placement to delivery in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa, which I considered reasonable for an international shipment.
Overall, a great experience. Greater pricing transparency for international customers would make the purchasing process even better and may encourage additional purchases.

Banks offer different exchange rates and rates for international currencies to their customers. Since we process payments in USD, we currently display these prices.
We’d be happy to pass this request on to our development team. Currently, you can check the current exchange rates on Google or with your bank.
We’re thrilled to have you as a customer and hope you enjoy your new poppers.
