I didn’t get what I ordered. I ordered a poppers inhaler on a thin black chain (according to the photo). I got a silver inhaler on a giant chain. Also disappointed that there wasn’t a cotton insert included, so I can’t use it. The replacement cotton insert’s are always sold out, every time I look. It also took a very long time to to receive my order with the bad delivery company

Delivery times are quite efficient, and the way in which complaints are handled makes up for the price, which is high compared to other suppliers; however, quality and customer service are very important. And that’s despite the fact that I receive parcels all the way from El Salvador, with a stopover in Miami.

I did not receive my order. It has been very difficult to track my order once it reached the United States. I feel I got swindled and ripped off. The only remedy I have been offered is a replacement and it makes no sense since the delivery option available is also a scam. I believe I was scammed.

I had no idea the company was based in Europe, shipped from Europe. Very deceiving. The uncharge for express shipping is just a ploy to get more money. "Express" was nearly 3 weeks - international. Package finally arrived, bottles were sticky, leaky, and smelled like kerosene. Same brand and labels as what I have purchased in the U.S, but nothing even close to same product. You would save time and money to just fill your own bottles with gasoline.

I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. Currently it is with Canada Customs, but only arrived there 2 days ago. The delivery took forever for DHL to ship from Germany to Canada. Very disillusioned with the speed of order shipments, and still not even sure if it will get through Canadian Customs as its been there for 2 days so far.

Inside of package the foam was covered in some foreign sticky substance. Sticky substance was also inside of Ziploc baggie and coating bottle. Bottle was intact without seal broken. Product inside of bottle was old, old, old. Completely useless, rip off, will never order from them again.

All the bottles made it except one and I should have initiated a return or refund but the package took almost 2 weeks to get to me so what’s the point. That’s not totally your fault given the shipping process includes going through customs which can be slow and a nightmare so 4 stars is very much warranted. So far I have tried one bottle which is the Amsterdam one and it is very strong and so far hasn’t resulted in any headaches which is awesome. I will definitely be a retuning customer.
