Pops & Gigi's Gift Shop

Jennifer, I’m truly sorry for your experience. This delay is not representative of the level of service we strive to provide. We are a small family business, and an unexpected family medical emergency occurred while we were preparing orders. Unfortunately, that also meant we didn’t communicate with you as promptly as we should have, and for that I sincerely apologize. We completely understand your frustration. We’ve issued a full refund. Thank you for your feedback, and we’re genuinely sorry we let you down.
