I bought four bathing suits from the website. Only three came in the mail. Two of the three did not fit me correctly. I emailed Popvil and they are refunding three bathing suits and letting me keep them.I am beyond satisfied and they have a customer for life. Great customer service.

Great customer service beautiful suits
So far, my experience with Popvil has been top notch. I ordered two bathing suits and a cover up. The crochet cover up and the one piece fit great and are beautiful. The bikini, I needed another size. I contacted customer service and received a speedy response. They are sending the other right away. The bathing suits are beautiful, the customer service great. I will be ordering again.

Fighting to get a refund
Swimsuits were ok but I wanted to return two if the three I ordered. The rep. first tried to talk me into a partial refund ($36 instead of $94) if I kept the suits and she suggested I sell them! I demanded a refund and received an email, without an explanation, for a refund of $75 and not $94. Fighting for a full refund is ridiculous and this company isn’t on the up and up!

Love this bathing suit! And love the customer service! Had an issue with the bottoms being too big but the top fit perfectly and customer service decided to just mail another bottom size instead of me having to return the whole thing. 10/10
