So easy to use
So easy to use. And just enough whimsy to make me smile unexpectedly along the way. I just migrated every domain I manage, including one that had been with my prior management platform for 27 years.

New customer - tooks days to resolve a verification issue
New customer - my issue was resolved by human customer service, the bot can't resolve it but it takes a few days of back and forth due to the time zone differences...so I would not say it's a super positive experience but the issue was resolved.

I honestly had no idea what I was doing since this is the first time ever getting a domain. Porkbun made it super easy and I love all of the humor sprinkled into the boring stuff we have to read through! I even signed up for the email list - it might be the only company news emails I’ll ever read! Thank you Porkbun!!
