Ordering to delivery was excellent. I love the sofa I ordered- a little firmer than I would normally get but now I love it. Looks great and I love the fabric- the shaved chenille. Extremely satisfied.

Love this piece! It’s beautiful and made well. We just finished our basement and this was the first piece to arrive. Since our ceiling is low I wanted to find a tv console that was lower to the floor and I have to say it’s perfect! I am so happy we upgraded to include the light. It really warms up the room. Can’t wait to have our tv mounted to complete the look! Delivery went well. Arrived earlier than expected. The console was secured very well in the box. I am beyond happy with this purchase and will definitely order from Povison again! Really great quality!

Avoid this company - Horrible customer service and repeated shipping damage I ordered a coffee table (CT8280WB100) (Order #260417359126671710) back on June 13, 2026. FedEx damaged the shipment and marked it "Return to Sender" twice over the span of a month. When I called customer service to get answers, the representative was incredibly rude and lied, claiming the package was delivering tomorrow even though the official tracking (FedEx #514968762638) clearly shows it is heading back to their California warehouse. I have tried calling my representative several times with no response. They are holding my money hostage for a damaged item I never received. Buyers beware—their logistics are a disaster and their phone support is shockingly disrespectful. Avoid ordering directly from their site.

I was in all honesty very sceptic in the beginning, but I still kept on going back to evaluate the product as it just looked perfect for what I was looking for in general. The colour, the material, the aesthetics, it all ticked my expectations. The only thing is that, i still did not see it live. Then it arrived - the delivery was pretty much fast than I would have asked for. Really on time - perfect delivery. The quality was impressive; the finish, the installation process. It all worked out better than I expected. I only had one critic in that the opening above the board should have been slightly more to the back, but this is something which can vary from person to person I highly appreciate and would recommend 100%. I would have even taken the bigger one if I had the space for it. Thanks for the product. It works and looks awesome.

HORRIBLE service. My order was missing: - A bolt from the backrest assembly. - One of the main backrest cushions. This is completely unacceptable for a high-value purchase of this size. An almost $4,000 couch should arrive complete and ready to use — not missing essential parts that prevent basic assembly and functionality. The representative informed me that it would take 24-48 hours for a response via email. This timeline is unreasonable and unsatisfactory given the circumstances. I would not recommend PROVISION OR Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery to anyone!

We really love this sofa. The leather feels premium, it’s very comfortable, and the power reclining feature works smoothly. It looks even better in person and fits perfectly in our living room. The only downside was the delivery experience. The delivery team could have handled the sofa more carefully, and we noticed they accidentally dropped it once during delivery. Fortunately, there was no visible damage, and the sofa works perfectly. Overall, we’re very happy with our purchase and would still recommend it.
