I have received the product ordered. I am excited about the water filtration/alkalinizing system. It still needs installed. I did leave a message for a return call, which I have not received. It was communicated that a return call could take awhile, however I would have expected it by now.
Good service...has been for years. Prices have gone up and once went to a lower priced offering but quality wasn't as good so returned to Premier. Haven't used the new order yet but expect it will be of acceptable quality. I need filters for a system that has been obsolete for maybe ten years so I appreciate having a good source for replacement filters.
