Company responsiveness and assistance has been fantastic. My recommendation for improvement would be to develop (or insist on from your suppliers) better documentation on filtration system installation and maintenance procedures.

Filter delivered on time, easy ordering process. I was anxious until I tried to install the filter, was not sure if everything would fit together, but all hoses, the length, etc, fit perfectly. The water tastes great! My go-to source for this filter, replacement for Body Glove BG 12000C
I have a well with very fine colloidal clay which I could never get clear. I have tried many different filters over a ten year period with no luck. Your filter immediately furnished crystal clear water with zero maintenance. VERY HAPPY

Installed in the Caribbean where everyone has a cistern that collects rainwater. Everyone drinks bottled water. This system filters out everything harmful
I bought an aluminum filter housing with a good overall filter for the home. I worked with my plumber who was able to install it with copper pipes and it looks really sturdy with good flow rate (used 1.5" openings). I like that their filters have enough material to replace yearly. I expect this will last decades. My only critique is that it is not always easy to contact by phone, but the chat option seems to work well.

Very helpful company. I first started using them years ago when I couldn't a filter to help my well water. I had sediment that other filters weren't stopping. I called the company. The customer service person listened to my problem and said what I needed. I bought it, installed it, and it was like night and day. I've never had a problem since. I continue to buy my filters through Premiere.
