Fantastic. Good communication, helped all four of us girls get suitcases in the car. Car was roomy and a very pleasant experience.

Overall experience was great

The service was prompt and the cars were clean and new. The drivers were prepared for every situation and were polite and helpful. This is the best service we have used to date!

Most Reliable Car Service

Great Transportation Service

Prestige Ride is a very reliable service. Sean, our driver was very professional & and made us ladies feel comfortable. I will definitely use this service again.

As I stated before Johan was…

As I stated before Johan was exceptional he sent a text indicating his time of arrival and he was there. Well-dressed and professional and an extremely good driver. If ever I return to San Antonio I will request him as my driver.

The drivers

The drivers, Sam and Omar were great. Both were friendly and helpful. They made the trip much more enjoyable. We will use Prestige again.

This is the 3rd time I have used prestige ride while traveling this time from pick up some drop off from LAX to DTLA ,They have been amazing, excellent communication, always on time and drivers have been great. I will continue to use them for all my travel transportation.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Courteous, prompt, well dressed driver. Clean luxury vehicle, Omar met us in the baggage claim area with a smile on his face. He carried our bags to the car and even had two bottles of much needed water readily available. Our destination was an hour away and we arrived safely without concern. We would definitely recommend Omar and the Prestige Ride service.

Prestige Ride was an awesome experience

Prestige Ride was an awesome experience. They were very flexible with my constantly changing plans and the driver was very respectful, car was in excellent condition and overall level of service met and exceeded all expectations.

Bair and Switch

While the ride itself was fine, on time, clean, courteous, etc. I am not at all pleased with the company. I booked my ride about a month ahead— Ft. Lauderdale cruise port to airport. I paid in advance. Two days before the ride they sent an email saying that they were adding a$75 “ surcharge” because the F1 race in Miami was taking up the available cars. If I still want MY ride in Ft Lauderdale I have to pay another $75. You didn’t know there was an F1 race this weekend? It’s only been scheduled for a couple of years I guess. I’ll NEVER use this company again. Set the price where you want it to begin with, don’t scam me into a 50% up charge at the last minute. Bait and switch at its best.

Extremely professional

Extremely professional. They offer a variety of vehicles to choose from and will pretty much be where you need them almost across the US

Muhammad was a fantastic driver

Muhammad was a fantastic driver. Great vehicle and service

Very positive experience

Very positive experience. Trip from Washington Regan airport to Middlesburg, Va on Friday and back to the airport on Sunday. Both drivers were punctual, very courteous and professional. They handled all our luggage as well. I will book with Prestige on my next trip.

The driver was helpful and met us at…

The driver was helpful and met us at the correct location. We had issues with our first airport transfer, but this one was much improved. The van was very comfortable. We will likely try this service again.

Service was excellent, prompt, and professional

Service was excellent. My wife and I landed at JFK at 10:30 at night after traveling for 20 hours. We were exhausted from traveling and minimal sleep. We had a text from our driver when will landed. Pick up was quick and efficient. He drove us 3 hours home to Albany in the rain. We also received updated emails during the trip from the pestige office. I was very happy with the servce and plan to use pestige again from future trips

Great experience

Great experience! My driver was on time and very friendly. The drive was excellent from EWR to the Conrad. I will always remember our driver. He recommended chicken over rice to us, and it was an absolute treat when we were able to get our hands on some. Awesome service will use again when I’m in New York.

Timely

Timely, safe driving, completely clean car, well managed expectations. Will use again.

I booked with Prestige over the phone…

I booked with Prestige over the phone and received a discount. The entire experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. Our Mercedes Sprinter arrived ahead of schedule, which was a great start. Our driver, Mr. Wahaj, was exceptional, courteous, professional, and extremely attentive throughout the journey. He took wonderful care of my family and ensured we were comfortable at all times. The vehicle itself was in excellent, new condition, and the ambiance with music playing made the ride even more enjoyable. Despite the four-hour journey from Houston to Dallas, the trip felt smooth and effortless. I would definitely request Mr. Wahaj again for future trips. Thank you for making this such a memorable experience. I highly recommend your service.
