Booking was a breeze and communication was so easy. They are so incredibly fast to respond and very professional. They handle your luggage with a lot of care and make you feel very prioritized when they pick you up and drop you off. I felt very comfortable riding. Will utilize their services again for sure! I also want to point out that I have also used them in the past as well and the experience was also 5 star.
Very courteous driver! My driver waited for me due to a late running tour.
The driver and his car were first rate. We appreciated his attentiveness to our requests (music, AC, and so on). Far more than just dependable and on time.
We have traveled all over and taken many shuttle services. This company, by far, was the best and most professional service we have received.
Our driver, Niraj, was great. He arrived early, but patiently waited for us. He was very professional, friendly, courteous, and an excellent driver. We were very impressed. I would definitely use your service again and my SIL has already recommended to some friends and colleagues.
Easy to navigate. Safe and trustworthy driver with my kids
Punctual courteous service So professional Worth every penny!
The driver forgot to go back & pick up the bride & brides maids. We ended up having to call an Uber!!!
Driver was great! Felt very comfortable with him!
From start to finish the process of booking, the actual pick up and then the ride was so easy, efficient and an absolute pleasure. Our driver Nadeem was so lovely.
Easy to book. Drivers were early and waiting for us when we were ready to go. Cars were extremely clean and drivers had water for us. They took care of getting our luggage in and out of the vehicle.
Super easy experience. Driver was polite and on time. Vehicle was perfect. We had a great ride and have booked multiple rides with the company so far.
I use Prestige for flights into and out of Newark. The drivers are always on time. I receive updates throughout the trip on driver status and they are always adaptable. When flights are impacted, they make the necessary changes. Vehicles are immaculate and drivers make you feel safe.
This is the second time we used Prestige. They picked us up at Houston airport and had to wait on us due to a delayed flight. They stayed in constant contact to assure us they were aware of changes. Omar was professional, friendly, and we would request him again. Car was immaculate and so comfortable. Will definitely use them again.
Very professional!!! Great Service, easy to book, great communication, very good driver and very clean SUV! You can trust Prestige as your go to car service.
We used Prestige for the Masters and had a great experience! The booking was seamless and whenever I emailed the team, the responses were quick. The driver (DJ) arrived early and was so kind and friendly. We had an excellent day and would book with Prestige again!
Our driver arrived on time, loaded our bags and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Very courteous very attentive. Thank you.
My driver was very kind and helpful. I am older and needed a little help up and down and with my bag. That was no big deal. I felt in safe hands. The whole organization was organized and easy to contact! I would gladly use this service again.
I had an excellent experience with Prestige Ride luxury chauffeur service. They handled an international pickup at JFK for a group of five, and everything was absolutely seamless from start to finish. What really stood out was their communication — they continuously updated me on the status and stayed in touch the entire time, which made coordinating an international arrival so much less stressful. Their professionalism was top-notch throughout the entire process. The chauffeur was fantastic — punctual, courteous, and incredibly accommodating. You can tell they truly care about delivering a high-quality experience. Considering the level of service provided, the pricing was very reasonable and well worth it. I will definitely be using Prestige Ride again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, luxury transportation.
