Ordered 2 dresses. They took 4 weeks to send one and still haven’t sent the other dress. I requested that they cancel the order… they told me I couldn’t. Still waiting on nothing. Oh and the dress they sent has a hole in it due to it being poorly stitched. You think they would issue me a refund or send a prepaid shipping label, right? Nope. Just offered a percentage off and no word on the second dress… but they still have my money. Shop at your own risk!!!

MAJOR SCAM! DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD - INTERNATIONAL FRAUDS. They never shipped my dresses that I ordered, took my money and then offered a 15% refund and suggested I try to sell the poor quality clothes instead of them processing a return. I ordered my dresses July 2 and they still don’t know when they will be delivered despite me asking 4 times.

This is a total scam. Do not waist your money. I order 5 dresses I received 2 dresses 6 weeks later and 8 weeks later the other 2 dresses. Never received the 5th dress. The quality, material and images are completed different of the pictures they show. I order this dress for my graduation just to find out they sent me the wrong size. I order a size small and when I try the item it was really losse and baggy. It didn’t fit as tight as the picture, neither did it hug my curves, and my dress was a midi instesd of a mini. I went to a tailor to get it readjusted and they compare my measurements to the dress. They told me what they sent is for someone size medium or large and they would have to take everything apart then re-fix it. I was mad and email pretty Tina customer service but they haven’t respond back. Their material is very cheap and it doesn’t let you know what size number falls under which category for specific size.

Horrible company that I would think was a complete scam if I didn't FINALLY receive my items about a month later. Ordered dresses for a birthday trip on April 20th and just now receiving package on May 16th. Reached out to customer service regarding a refund multiple time before my order even was processed or had a tracking number and they would always give an excuse as to why I could t get one. Do not order from here. I haven't even tried on the clothes and don't even care because my bday is over. Wish I would've done more research and seen these reviews before purchasing. Never again!

These dresses took almost 3 months to arrive and the quality is terrible. Cheap and Ill fitting. I chose expedited shipping which said it took 2 to 3 days to process in 2 to 3 days to ship which was a complete lie and fabrication. The website was nice enough to refund my $50 fast shipping fee.. So I decided to wait for them I bought several dresses all size small And not only do none of them fit they are all way too big but Customer Service told me that they won’t pay for return shipping. None of the dresses look as good as the pictures. They fit like a one size fits all or a large medium they are certainly not the smalls I ordered nor do they match the measurements on the website which I believe is a complete scam at this point. I wrote them back and I’m waiting to see the results but I’m probably going to have to ask my bank to refund me info on this and throw them away. I will alter this review if the website either refunds me or pays for the return for these items I will keep this review up as long as they are keeping my money. The stitching is poor quality of the gemstones are not that shiny they look cheap and even on the smallest settings completely hang off my body. Not sexy. It took a month to receive 1 out of 2 items. The item had an old warehouse smell. The item looks like a cheap version of the picture. I tried it on over my clothes and it fits but the fringes on the romper started to fall. The red romper is extremely short but it comes with built in panties. I lost $30. It’s not worth returning and receiving store credit. I’m still waiting on a dress. Hopefully it’s better. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because they did deliver the product. I should of did my research before purchasing from unknown place. I think they only post positive reviews because the comments are so generic. Please be careful when ordering.

This website is a scam and sham, the material is so bad and the fact that they wanted to offer me a 15 % discount reimbursement and 30% of my next order instead of just refunding me is absurd. Do not place any orders from this site , I just paid 28 dollars to return my items and luckily I paid through PayPal I’m getting my money back but if it wasn’t for that I was only going to get 20 dollars out if 112 back .
