Julie service was too notch. She had excellent attention to detail. She was with contact every step of the way. She also did follow up after the delivery. I would definitely use this service again. The driver was very professional and efficient.
I would not use this company! They use deceptive business practices! You will be left in a bind at the last minute and they will try to make you pay more! I dealt with a Jessica and Jennifer and they sound very nice and convincing. They will tell you anything to get you to sign up online with them, to take you out of the market! You will think you have the transport handled! But they never confirm a Drver and close to the pick up day, the price won’t be the price! The price to ship my daughter’s car to Vegas, from NOLA, 10 days out, was $1300! I had prices from other transport companies online from $900 to $1795. I picked Pride because of they seemed to have somewhat good reviews online. I signed their contract, no hassle, or hidden fees, etc. I told them the car had to be picked up by 20th. No problem! I kept txting to confirm it was handled. Yes! We needed car after Memorial Day! Yes …was always the answer. They said on Friday before pick up, they would have a driver next week! On Monday they said they had found a driver and would confirm later that day the pick time. Crickets! Tuesday, I get some bogus companies txting saying they can take the car to Vegas for $3750, today! It was probably their people or sister company as I didn’t call those companies! Then ten minutes later, they call, I guess trying be hero’s, and the bait and switch begins! They say we found a driver but he wanted $5,000, but we got him down to $2000! I said no! You said $1300. They say what will you pay? I said $1300. She says it was not a guarantee! I said that’s not what you told me! She said the market has changed! We can keep trying, if you have time, we have 5 more days to pick it up! I said no pick up was by tomorrow and we are leaving Thursday. I said we have had 20 companies txting us, now we will find someone else if you can’t do it! She said if they say it will cost less, they are not being truthful! Oh just like your company! Very deceptive practices…

Classic bait-and-switch. I was quoted $700 to ship my vehicle and received written assurances the price was accepted by drivers and wouldn’t change once assigned. Based on that, I signed. On the first pickup date, I got early calls saying a driver was almost there—but the price was suddenly $1,550 (more than double). I was told that was the “going rate,” which directly contradicted what I had been told in writing. When I declined, I was warned about a potential $200 cancellation fee, which felt like pressure to accept the higher price (no fee was ultimately charged). They claimed they would find another driver, but follow-ups went nowhere. A few days later, I received another quote for Pride Car Shipping at a much lower price than $1,550, proving their “going rate” claim wasn’t accurate. When I pointed that out, they canceled the order. At best, poor quoting. At worst, a textbook bait-and-switch. Proceed with caution ****** Update: The day Pride cancelled the contract, I contacted another broker. He quoted a price (higher than the "bait" quote but lower than the "switch" quote), and had a driver out the next day. No hassle, no changes, no BS. Wish I had gone with the other broker to begin with...
Another trash shipping company! Never try! This is the other company who called me and gave me a good odffer to ship my car from FL to VA. She said that, the driver is in VA and ready to take my car today or tomorrow. I liked and signed the documents. After one days, I asked did you take the car? She said that working on it! after a couple hours I asked again and she said, sorry these days no enough trucks in FL! There are a lot for LIARS in the shipping car area, be careful. If they call you say NO, Never Try!
Jennifer Keeler was my agent and would NEVER return my calls. She texted me to get all the information on my car so that it could be transported and gave me an invoice stating when the car would be picked up and the price. After that I had questions as to the pick up time and tried to reach her via text and phone and she never answered me. I call customer service on three occasions because she wouldn't answer me and they told me that they would reach out to her and they reassured me that she would call me back. She never did. On the day of the pick-up I again tried to call her to see what time the car was being picked up because I had to work and she didn't answer. I called and talked to Selena, the woman that answered the phone, and she said she would reach out to her. Within a few hours I got an email from Jennifer Keeler saying that the price went from $3,000. to $4,600. I reached out to Selena asking her to cancel my order and have a manager call me and she said she would send an urgent message to the manager. I called Selena two times after that and 3 days later I still have not heard from anyone. I have all of my correspondence both texts and phone conversations saved.

Stay away from this company — especially a manager named Mariia Hryhorieva. Completely unprofessional operation. They'll bait-and-switch you on the rate and cancel loads without any notice or heads-up.
