Jenifer Keeler lies to make a sale

DO NOT TRUST THEM. They lowball the quote to sign you up and then double or triple it after wasting your time "searching for drivers". Jenifer Keeler is sketchy just playing the empty promise game to try stall and make you desperate so she can raise the price. She got me a driver at double the quoted price, he was a no show for 3 pickup appointments (wasting the sellers time) and then finally canceled so she could start "shopping" prices for another driver and start the week long process all over. Pride Shipping and Jenifer are just the typical sleezy middle men playing delay games to squeeze money out of people.

This company is the absolute worst to…

This company is the absolute worst to deal with. I contacted them a month prior to shipping a car from Ca to Nj. Cost was. $1700. I emailed and text along eh way to make sure they had a driver. I was told several times “Yes. We have a driver and all is good”. These scumbags waited to the very last day to come back and tell me it was not going to be $4700 to ship. They lied the entire time only to railroad me at the very last minute. I have proof of all the texts back and forth and contracts. I would never ever use this company. They are not even worth the one star.

Company stolen money , nerve contract this company , 07/03/2026 I contract ship my truck $700 and after him say $1400 and I say if $1400 I cancel and this company charge me $200 from my credit card and I call him why charge me $200 because I contract only ship $700 , this company stolen my $200

Wonderful Customer Service

Working with Jennifer Keeler to find a driver that was compassionate and patient to help my senior relative at the pickup location. The driver worked with my relative and stayed in contact with me. Jennifer did the same. I didn't have to call for updates.

This company is the worst business I have ever dealt with. Their corrupt business practices start with the classic “bait and switch”. Promise you one price and date of pick up and winds up being over twice as much money with you chasing the date of pick up. Once you sign contract, you then have to chase them for a final pick up date, which is never what is promised. Then it’s on you to chase the driver and renegotiate a price. It was the most awful experience I’ve had. I am warning everyone to not do business with this crooked company. You have been warned.

Fraudulent and predatory business…

Fraudulent and predatory business practices at best, criminal at worst. Jennifer Keeler drafted an all-in price, put down in writing that it wouldn’t be one cent more, promised me communication with the driver at least 2 days before, then disappeared the day before we were to ship, only to reappear and nearly doubled the price, saying that if I didn’t pay they wouldn’t ship my vehicle. When I told her I wouldn’t she threatened me saying that they’re charging me $200 for breaking the contract! This is not a one-off, it’s part of their business model. They knowingly do business this way, therefore are fraudulent criminals. They agree to a price, promise it won’t be one penny more, then they wait until the day before the shipment knowing the customer won’t have time to schedule another company as a replacement. Jennifer Keeler was very arrogant and proud to say that this is the way their business is done, as if I was stupid not to understand they believe they can charge whatever they want after an agreement has been made. I have all of the necessary documentation to prove it. I told her I was going to share my experience and report it to authorities and she just laughed and didn’t care.

This is a highly suspect establishment. I had an encounter with Stacy Garcia. She was rude, refused to give me a refund. Forced a "cancellation fee" which is inaccurate because I had not agreed to a trucker as it was much more than the quote. So, Pride Car Shipping was not able to accommodate what they promised, which makes their "contract" null and void. The manager's number to "Mario" is a non-existent line, and the customer support line to resolve this issue continuously rings and goes to voicemail.

Untrustworthy is not a strong enough word....Don't waste your time with Pride Car Shipping!!!

The shipping quote and setup process with "Marc" and "Jessica" was relatively seamless. They quoted me $1700 to ship a car open transit from LA to Boston area. They said they'd have a driver in 1-3 business days. Everything sounded great - reviews on here looked good. Jessica said my contract guaranteed everything (price, dates, etc) Got a text from a driver, then he ghosted completely. Then Jessica ghosted completely. Marc would send me cryptic messages with no real updates. Then finally one day he calls me, his English had gotten noticeably worse and stated he had a driver but it was going to be $3,850. I asked if they were covering the difference as our CONTRACT stated $1700. Of course it was a no. THen I started getting texts from other companies (Rapid Auto Transport, Autolux Transport, Route Runner Transport) - completely different names - with "great news" we can pick up your car tomorrow for $5,925, $6950, etc. etc. Crazy prices. I replied "STOP" to discontinue messages and the confirmation came from Pride Car Shipping! These scammers are trying all sorts of tricks and scams to take advantage of customers. I kept everything in my text messages.

Service

I was highly anxiou about shipping my car out of state, but Jennifer made the entire process seamless. Her communication was fantastic. I received regular updates and could track my vehicle's progress. The driver was professional and my car arrived on schedule in perfect condition. If you need a reliable auto shipper, look no further.
