Vast knowledge coupled with friendly service
I have being buying wine at Prima for many years. I enjoy the friendly service, the staff's enthusiasm for wines from all around the world, and their well considered recommendations.
I am always on the lookout for wines "that punch above their weight class" and Prima delivers on that score. Their wine club that focuses on value wines is a real delight and I look forward to each monthly selection. I find myself buying a number of the monthly selections in quantity.
Great, knowledgeable people, wonderful selection of everything from well made entry level wines to the most serious and complex selections. Also important, they know many of the wine makers with a focus on Italy. We've been customers for decades. Just an awesome place run by awesome people.
Always a great experience ordering from Prima Vina Wine Merchants. Prima is located in California and I live in New Jersey. Prima has consistently priced wines lower that those I have searched for in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. I have placed a minimum of six orders for multiple cases of wine during the previous ten months. Prima provides updates during each step of the process and tracking information for the shipment. The shipment packaging is nothing less than perfect. An excellent merchant and will continue to purchase in the future.
