Amazing experience! Omar was so easy to work with. Super responsive, did a ton of research and really understood what we needed so we could find the best flights. He found us flights that were not only convenient for our complicated travel but also at an EXCELLENT price!!!
My contact, Oscar, was very easy to work with and very knowledgable. Oscar gave me options and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He also made sure that everything was reviewed. Definitely a company I would work with again, especially with Oscar.
Larry Knight was my travel advisor. He was very courteous, patient and diligent in finding a flight to my satisfaction. He found a business class flight at great savings. I am very happy and will recommend Larry and Prime Flights to my friends and family.

He is very nice, smart and take times …
Stanley did a good job trying to find a flight that would accommodate plans for mine and my daughter’s trip. The only down side was I was not informed that there was a flight from what I thought was my final destination to Vancouver until I was about to receive our itinerary. Stanley stated that was the only way to keep flight cheaper.
Cameron was fast, efficient and easy to work with. I have already referred him to another friend.
Mike R. Took care of us. With the constant questions I had he had the answers and the patient. Highly recommend.
David Young was great. Very thorough and helpful.
I had an outstanding experience working with Scott at Prime Flights. Our trip planning was unusually complex, involving multiple travelers, different cabin classes, flexible dates, and several itinerary changes. Throughout the process, Scott was consistently responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. What impressed me most was that he took the time to answer every question thoroughly, research multiple options, explain fare differences, and help us compare various airlines and routing possibilities without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. He was transparent about pricing, availability, and fare rules, which gave us confidence in the decisions we were making. Travel planning can be stressful, especially for an important international trip, but Scott made the process much easier. His communication was excellent, and he remained available and helpful from the initial search all the way through ticketing. I highly recommend Scott and Prime Flights and would gladly work with him again for future travel.
He went out of his way to find the best quality flight for me, and was not satisfied with okay. He wanted a high quality flight as well as getting the right price.
First time using Prime Flights - or really any help - booking flights in a long time, but Mike Rogers really listened and put together a trip that met my needs and budget. Process was simple and transparent. Thank you !
Owen was an excellent representative! He helped me get a flight ticket for my dad quickly and efficiently, and he found me a great price. He was very attentive, paid close attention to every detail, and kept me informed throughout the entire process with excellent communication. I will definitely be coming back to purchase my mother’s tickets and all future tickets through this company. I’m so glad I found them because I never realized a company could be this helpful and make the process so easy. Thank you so much, Owen, for your outstanding service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Jonah was fantastic. Highly recommend
Mike Rogers reached out to me and provided quick assistance to me when our original representative left the company. He was able to pick right up and addressed all my questions/concerns.
Orlando Santos helped us book our tickets to Italy. He did an outstanding job by providing us multiple options and five star service. He is experienced and knowledgeable. Orlando provided us multiple flight options and secured the best airfare and seat assignments. We feel like he went the extra mile for us and it was evident that he was an advocate on our behalf. 5 star service , Thanks Orlando
I bought my business class ticket from Orlando Sanchez. He was courteous, trustworthy and knowledgeable about the tickets. The best part was that he never pressured me to buy ticket from him. I am referring all my friends to buy ticked from Orlando Sanchez. Thanks Orlando for giving me excellent service.
