Oscar was so professional and easy to work with. I had many questions and wanted very specific accommodations for my flight to Greece. He went above and beyond to make it happen and never made me feel as though I was asking too much. I will be traveling exactly the way I imagined my trip to be. Thank you Oscar, you are great !
Was able to book a international flight smoothly for me and friends
Responsiveness of agent and LISTENING to my needs
My agent Oscar is fantastic. Currently, and in the past he has helped me find the best price. Oscar connects immediately, is kind, efficient, and courteous. He always comes through, I now rarely search with anyone else

If you are looking for a travel agent who truly delivers, Steve is the person to call. He has helped me navigate complex flight arrangements—both past bookings and upcoming itineraries—with absolute ease. He is prompt, responsive, and consistently manages to secure excellent deals. Working with him makes traveling completely stress-free and I wouldn’t plan a trip without him!
Oscar was helpful in getting us a great deal we are pleased with… Knowledgeable and kind.
Very helpful travel agent. Mr David Young has always given us excellent service.
We choose our flight with this company because of Owen's guest services skills. He was so patient working with us as we weaved back and forth with our flying decisions. He always listened to what we wanted and would provide numerous options for us. Owen did a wonderful job explaining the different options available. He was never aggressive or pushy wanting us to make our decision. We look forward to working with Owen and Prime Flights again!
This was the second airline trip booked with Oscar Ian and I can't say enough about his due diligence in helping us find the right schedule at a good price. I highly recommend Oscar for your future travel needs
Stanley was the best. Very helpful and very patient with me during the process!!!
I wanted to write a review about my experience with my agent Larry. He took out time to be very patient with me and find out the specific details I needed for my flight. This involved alot of effort on his behalf to stay within my budget and meet my non-stop business class needs and time frames to arrive at my destination and specific times I needed to leave. The service he provided was truly invaluable. Please book with him. You will not be disappointed
Jordan Zayn was an excellent service representative. He constantly kept in touch with me and got my wife and I the best rate, flight times and coverage for my money. I have used Jordan before and will absolutely use him again on my next trip.
Larry was great. He was able to find the greatest booking last minute at an incredible price. Highly recommend for your next business class travel.
