It is very hard for me to remove after wearing. I need help each time I wear it. therefore, I seldom use it and can not give an honest evaluation.

We love the products, although we wish they didn't shut off after 10-15 minutes. Delivery was fast. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was that I ordered 3 myostem max and the order was doubled. We were sent two orders of three.
