Customer service was friendly, quick and direct. support for issues handled in-house also courteous and quick. Product changes and new editions explained with detail. Device issues were handled with the same concern I had about them!

Thank you
PrimeKinetix has been an outstanding partner for our practice. They genuinely care about both the healthcare providers who offer their products and the patients who benefit from them. Their commitment to quality, customer service, and ongoing support gives us confidence that we're providing our patients with a product backed by a company that stands behind it. A special thank you to Cheetah, whose product knowledge, responsiveness, and willingness to answer questions made the entire process seamless. She took the time to ensure our team understood the product and was always available to provide guidance and support. It's refreshing to work with a company that values long-term relationships and consistently delivers exceptional service. We highly recommend PrimeKinetix!

Thank you for your kind words.
Product arrived promptly. This back stabilizer is excellent for maintaining posture with proper wear. The product is also excellent for strengthening back muscles following the exercises provided in the pamphlet. I’ve tried several back stabilizers and this one is the best!
