Website was easy to navigate and I received a prompt reply when I had a concern. The color of the eyeliner wasn't what I thought it would be and customer service exchanged it for another color. The eyeliner is great and glides on as it is described and stays on throughout the day! The mascara also stays on very well but it seems to take a lot of coats to obtain the desired look (which is more minimal than anything).
Has been over 9 Days and items still not sent. Keep getting different excuses - they say creating a postage label is sent - what a load of rubbish - take your chances when buying here!

I love the mascara but I was sent a lip stain that wasn't working and it took too much of an effort to refund. I will continue to purchase products but probably more judiciously now due to the return policy.

I Love love love my Mulberry Mascara!!! I was watching a full tutorial on Mulberry Mascara and this lovely person explained why you should be using this colour for more mature aged women. Then it clicked why my black mascara was looking awful when I was using it. I was a bit sceptical if it really would make my none existing eye lashes come back and be healthy as well, plus not be so stark on my mature looking face. BUT LADIES ITS TRUE IT REALLY DOES WHAT THEY ADVERTISE. PRIME PROMETICS IS AMAZING AND FANTASTIC!!!! I have also purchased the foundation, concealer, eye shadow and the real magic product their Mulberry Mascara. Plus I will be purchasing more when I save up a bit more. There products are expensive, but I tell ya, there worth it. 👍👍👍
I’m 74 and have used many different types of makeup. Finally, I have found the perfect shade for my skin. The Prime Pigment glides on effortlessly and I love the look. Thanks Prime Prometics!
I would give this company zero stars. The wrong product was sent and all I want is an exchange for the correct product and they are being very difficult. I think a bot is sending me the emails, asking for the same information over and over yet I’ve sent it several times. A complete SCAM!!! Keep your money
This product is amazing! It stays on all day yet comes off so easily with just warm water. I just had eyelid surgery and was worried about removing mascara but it is so easy to remove. It does NOT clump, which is very different from other tubing mascara I have tried. And the color selection is beautiful. I use the brown and it is so flattering with my skin tone.
I was not happy with the lipstick. The customer service was great. I was able to get a refund shortly after I emailed to let them know about my experience.
Love the root coverup for grey ladies. Great packaging, easy to use, great product. Also like the lip stain. Still getting used to the burgundy mascara.
BEST. MASCARA. EVER. No flaking, smudging or getting shards in my contacts! Easy to apply and remove. I use it with the serum and have gotten so many compliments on my long lashes. If you want extra attention- try the mulberry! Flattering on all eye colors and skin tones. I’m a lifer!!
I received the under eye dark circles product and it works. I have bought tons of different products over the years but this one works !!!
Prime Prometics color changing foundation is smooth and matches my skin tone perfectly. Throughout the day it does not settle into my lines/wrinkles on my face; it actually plumps the lines/wrinkles and makes them less noticeable.
Prime Prometics products are good quality and do what they say! The mascara is great for thinning lashes. It stays on all day and I never leave the house without applying a little as I feel it opens up my aged eyes. Customer service is brilliant and personal, I can’t fault it!
I love Prime products especially the mascara and the colour changing foundation. I have dark brown eyes and light blond hair and find the brown mascara a perfect match, however recently I discovered the Mulberry and am delighted with the colour and effect on my eye lashes. The foundation is amazing covering blemishes and giving an even coverage without looking ‘caked on’. Can’t wait to try the instant eye lift.
There are many things to like about Prime Prometics. Their customer service is great, their products, those that I have tried, Mascara and colour changing foundation both receive 5 out of 5 stars from me. The colour changing foundation goes on cool, matches my skin tone perfectly, and the SPF factor is so important and is so appreciated. The mascara goes on without caking, stays put, and the suggestion for removing it, was spot on. No tugging to remove it. Love these products
I am a “mature” lady and with that are skin changes. I cannot buy off the shelf at this point in my life. I needed a makeup that would stay put but not fall into my lines. This foundation does it. It’s light and airy and matches my skin tone perfectly.
I’m, 70 and my lashes were very sparse. After using prime lash mascara I’ve noticed a lengthening of my lashes. Love the product!
Prime Prometics products are excellent. The eyeliner is so smooth and goes on easily and lasts all day. The color selection is also great. This is now the only eyeliner I will use. I recently got the color changing foundation. This foundation has great coverage and matches my skin tone perfectly. This is my new foundation. I have not used a product that I have not been satsfied with. Looking forward to trying more.
I purchased Prime Prometics make up on sale, with a two for one price. I loved the face make up,but when I tried to use the second bottle the pump would not work. How can I get a refund for the second bottle.
I ordered from here and did receive some products. I didn't like a few of the shades for my skin - one blush and some lip color. When I contacted them to exchange, I was told to keep what I had and they would send me the replacement colors I preferred. Then.... NOTHING. No email with tracking, no delivery of product. Emailed again and did get a response from "Karen" in customer service that "Oh, so sorry. I will personally take care of this immediately." Then still NOTHING. Again emailed and same response. I do like the blush stick, but will NEVER order from here again as I believe customer service is as important, if not MORE important, than the product itself. Very disappointed.
