The timing of delivery was very important and it actually came a day early. Finally, I was very happy with the quality of the print job. Overall good communication with the…
Overall good communication with the Printivity team, and my final products were perfect (after some back and forths and slight issues with getting the mockup right). paper was good quality and materials were consistent
Color quality is not good
Customer service is good and so is the pricing, but I was disappointed in the quality of printing and the color. I’ve used them many times and this time for some reason the color was darker and muted, much worse than normal. Not sure that I’ll use them again.

I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the color of your order. I'm glad your dedicated Customer Service Representative was able to review your concerns and work with you to find a resolution. After reviewing your order history, we found that this order was placed using a different file than the one used for your previous orders. Because the artwork itself was different, the printed result also differs from your earlier orders. To help address your concerns, your Customer Service Representative reviewed the order with you, explained the cause of the color difference, offered a Hard Copy Proof as well as multiple other options to help resolve the issue. While those options were ultimately not pursued, we still appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to work with you again.

I made a mistake on my page order…
I made a mistake on my page order upload and didn’t realize until I got my proof. I was able to fix it, spoke to someone about it on the phone to confirm, and still got my last minute order in time! Such great service and will use again!

28 page Color event programs for our nonprofit. This is my 3rd order with Printivity. There will be a 4th order. Need I say more.

Printivity helps my products exude professionalism without costing me my profits. I have used Printivity for the last 3 years to print my graphic forward workbook and curriculum for an instructor course I created, 350 pages per person total. One of my paper doll files was printed on 2 sides, which makes it unusable, but the rest of my order was printed as directed. I was happy with the price and the speed at which my order was delivered.

Excellent printing service, I have used Printivity annually to print my recital programs, looking at also printing our team a season yearbook too this coming year! Quick, easy, great communication and excellent product!
