Update: I am so impressed with Printivity! After posting my initial review about shipping costs, their customer service team reached out right away and went above and beyond to solve the issue, providing a generous credit toward my next order. Props to a company that truly listens to its customers and stands by its service. 5-star customer support! Original Review: The upload, review, print quality, and turnaround time were all excellent and exactly as advertised. However, the shipping fees are well above standard USPS rates—even exceeding the most expensive Priority Mail option—despite the order not being shipped via Priority. This significantly drives up the per-unit cost. Furthermore, shipping estimates aren't visible until you are deep into the checkout process, which makes the pricing feel intentionally obscured.

UPS's shipping rates are based on the weight of the package and its destination, so orders traveling outside of the lower 48 states do tend to see higher shipping charges. A wonderful experience with a short turn around time
Affordable, fast, proofs were provided within an hour of initial submission, high quality, quick turnaround, rushed delivery costs were not astronomical and delivery was as promised. Thank you for treating our father’s funeral program with such care. The final product was absolutely beautiful.

fantastic experience
Overall fantastic experience, from editing, fixing printing and receiving all round really good. I felt shipping/ overall price was high and that’s the only reason they didn’t get 5 stars - I would love to give 4.8stars though because I don’t think it should knock them down by a full star
