Buyer beware
Do not buy this product unless you want a useless expensive piece of junk in your bathroom. My plaque buildup got worse after using this for 2 weeks. I told my dentist but he told me to use it for another 3 months. My plaque buildup then got even worse. When I tried to return it then, proclaim told me I missed the 30 day window. I’m sticking w my Waterpik and being careful about what my dentist tries to sell me now as a “rep” of Proclaim

Very hard to use in small bathroom
Well, the concept sounds great, but whoever designed or constructed it must have assumed that the customer has a large, flat vanity cabinet with a sink in the middle of it. This thing is a nightmare to use in a small bathroom with a pedestal sink and a limited number of electrical outlets. The cord that connects the main part of the machine to the handle is too short and stiff. I will have to either figure out how to rebuild my bathroom to find a spot to place the machine where the handle can reach the sink or give up on it.

The unit is innovative and a new concept in deep cleaning around the gum line; The first unit works great; however, the second unit requires more than one try to get the light to turn on--so have to put back on docking station and retry.

I give this a 2 because the mouthpiece is hard and difficult to put in the mouth. It would have been nice if it were made of softer plastic.

While this works great for the front teeth, the mouthpiece isn't long/deep enough to reach the back of the mouth/molars which means it doesn't actually provide the alternative solution I was seeking

Please note that there is never a jet placed behind your last molar - if there were the mouthpiece would likely not fit in your mouth! That means that the mouthpiece may not physically cover your last molars, although there are jets directed to the spaces between your last and second-to-last molars.

Experiance clean teeth right after your dentist visit, but at home.
With other type of water picks I would accidentally get to close to my gums and hurt them even on a lower setting. With Proclaim, I was able to get to the maximum setting in a short time with no issues.

I was initially skeptical about purchasing the device because of its high price. Nevertheless, after splurging and giving it a chance, I think it's an amazing purchase. Its ease of use and the fact that it only takes 7 seconds to use made it a no-brainer. Especially because I'm someone who struggled with spending too much time messing around with the water picker and flossing afterwards. With that said, however, if you already have a water picker and are disciplined enough to do it properly, I'd advise saving your money unless you're looking for convenience.

Very bulky. Takes up a lot of counter space. The “flexible” hose is very rigid. The point where the hose connects to the handheld piece should be flexible to make it easier to use.

Have used for 8 months GAME CHANGING!!!!
I was using proclaim for about 8 months. It significantly restored health to my gums. No longer are they red, bleeding, and hurting but they are pink and restored now. I used the proclaim once a day for 8 months and this is the result. I had moderate gingivitis and while its not completely restored yet it is well on its way. I LOVE this product. Not only that but the high price tag is due to the high quality materials this machine is made out of. Its pretty great. You can really tell its not going to just break after 2 years. This machine i would imagine is going to last at least 10 years if not longer. Hopefully they are doing well so i can buy a new one when this one breaks if it ever does. I would recommend buying this to anyone thinking about it. when people say its a game changer they aren't joking. this product is the bees knees.

Unorganized company
As a dentist, I was told I would scan the patient and send to Proclaim. Then once the process is completed, I would be paid by Proclaim for my scans. Well, not only is their process completely inefficient and user unfriendly, but I was never paid. Even after harassing a rep multiple times. I gave up. I am the only Proclaim provider in my area and I will no longer be doing so.
