I had a situation in which a patient threatened a suit, though it was never filed as the treatment provided was appropriate. Both the Nurse liason and the lawyer I was assigned were extremetly reassuring, supportive, and answered all my questions. While I knew there was not vailidity to the threat, it was good to know that I was protected.

I purposely did not renew my coverage in July because I don't work in the summer and wanted to start my coverage in August. I was unable to change the start date. Also I was sent to a third party billing and charged 3.50 to pay!
