Hi Mark! We are sorry that your order could not be fulfilled. The prom and formal industry have limited stock since the styles only last 4-6 months. With peak prom season among us, sizes and styles are constantly being ordered, changing our over 1,000 dress inventories daily. Some customers order with enough time to re-cut the dress which takes about 3-4 months. We informed you that your dress was out of stock and a full refund was performed. We take pride in taking care immediately of our customers and the status of their orders so we can find together a similar dress or cancel the order and issue immediately the refund. Again, we are so sorry about this and hope to have you as a customer again in the future!

If I could give more stars I would! I ordered my daughter’s prom dress on a Sunday night, the store called me the next day to confirm the details and I received the dress the very next day. Unbelievable service and quick delivery- an excellent combination!

Dress was beautiful and shipped quickly. Customer service was great and made size adjustments on our order before shipping after they called to confirm what we had input on the order form. Only complaint would be at the price of these dresses, it was a bit of a shock to see several of the jewels already loose and start falling off. The dress has only been tried on for alterations. Daughter loves it and will have a great Senior Prom.

Company ordered my daughters dress direct from the designer as the shop we had visited didnt have the correct color- came exactly within time frame they had specified and in perfect condition..

They reached out to me and made sure everything would fit for my daughter- When they couldn’t get the color in they changed my order to find us the dress in a different color. So helpful!!
The best customer care and experience ever!! When my daughter Ordered her prom dress we had no idea that it would be out of stock and unable to get in time. Prime headquarters went above and beyond to find another designer with a gown that had similarities to the one she wanted to originally order. Everything that we were told would be done was done and on time and impeccably! The prom dress fits like a glove and the quality is exceptional! I would recommend anyone to order a prom dress or evening gown from prom dress headquarters! We will also be ordering my daughters pageant down from here as well. There were questions about my order and they were nice enough to call and discuss what size would be appropriate for my daughter and made sure to make adjustments and get me exactly what was needed. I appreciated a great level of communication that I don’t get with other vendors.

I can’t recommend this organisation enough, 10/10, 5 stars, absolutely amazing! I’m in Australia and I fell in love with a specific Rachel Allan formal dress. I’d contacted many boutiques in the US and unfortunately, had no luck in finding it. I contacted Sarah* at the end of August about ordering a formal dress for an event in December. Sarah came back to me a few days later with a detailed email, confirming the dress was in stock and checking my measurements. We exchanged about 15 emails between that date and time until I received the dress, and I have to say I’ve never received better customer service. Sarah stayed in contact constantly, replying to all my emails by the following day (due to time change). Sarah kept me informed with every single update she received regarding the location of my dress and provided detailed estimates of how long each step of the process would be (from them ordering it into the store all the way to it shipping from the US). The package was delivered early October, which for something (with quite bulky packaging too!) shipping from the US to Australia was incredibly fast! The dress itself is stunning, and was wrapped and packaged with a great deal of care, subsequently arriving in absolute perfect condition! Sarah continued to respond to several emails after I received the dress and was just so kind and generous! I truly mean it when I say I’ve never received better customer service. I would absolutely buy from this boutique again and I’m very grateful for their help in ensuring I had the perfect dress for a very special occasion! I can't say enough good things about them. My daughter got on the homecoming court and we had 3 weeks to get her an outfit. She is particular but Prom Headquarters had just what she wanted. They worked to get me the outfit within a week and a half so we had time to alter if need be. The seamstress there recommended a different sz than what I was going to order and boy am I glad i listened. The outfit was great quality and it fit perfect so no alterations needed. These guys are fast and know thier stuff. I highly recommend!

Was not happy
The dress was a designer dress new with tags as shown in the photo. It arrived in excellent condition and fit true to the sizing chart. The wait time was also short. I would definitely buy again.
