The service was so great!
The service was so great! They helped me with measurements and designer’s sizing. And, when the dress that I wanted was unavailable the young lady who helped me made the perfect dress suggestion. A wonderful experience.

Beautiful dress and awesome people!
I ordered my daughter’s prom dress on Feb. 15, knowing her junior prom was scheduled for March 12. The wonderful people at PromHeadquarters had her dress to me by Feb 22 - one week later! It fit perfectly and look exactly like the picture online! The communication is excellent as well. Emails I sent were answered within hours. We will definitely be ordering her senior prom dress from PromHeadquarters next year!

Libby, thank you for your review and feedback. We apologize if the shipping took longer than expected. Shipping can change during transit, delays due to extreme weather conditions, or can be delayed if the dress is still in production. We are happy to hear the dress fits! Thank you again for your review.
Fantastic dress for our daughter
Fantastic dress for our daughter! The measurement guide was helpful and we were even able to exchange emails with the company to confirm the size. It fits wonderfully, and only requires a hem along the bottom.

While the dress was gorgeous and…
While the dress was gorgeous and turnaround was quick, the description failed to mention any remote indication that it was a special order. I am currently in dispute with the return/refund policy as I have to return the dress. Merchant refuses to see my position. Complaints filed with BBB and the FTC for issues with transparency and bait/switch tactics. For this, I have to give a low-star rating...
Very satisfied.
I was 1st very happy to know that this store is actually here in US. Maria was extremely helpful. She made sure we ordered the right size, she answered all questions we had. She took the unknown out of this experience. We were very nervous to by such an expensive dress online with out trying it on or seeing it in person, but we are very satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend this website to others.

Last minute Prom 2020 Event
We needed a last minute dress for Prom 2020 -thanks to COVID, cancellations and rescheduled last minute events. I was hesitant due to no previous experience with this business. However I had a pleasant experience with this US based business. A real person called on the next business day to confirm my order and share options available to ensure delivery. My daughter was thrilled with the dress and she received numerous compliments on the style and beautiful color. Pleasantly surprised with this purchase and I encourage others to give them a try for future formal events.
