Outstanding Service

The notary was polite, patient, and professional. I was terrified because I've never done this before, I was getting eight seals, and if I mess even one of them up, the entire packet is null and void, and she took her time explaining things to me, answering my questions, and even waited while I connected my phone as a microphone 3 times because it dropped twice. I'm definitely using this service again. The price is WAY better than the local notary and the service is better too! Fast, efficient, and friendly. Jamila Islam is an asset to your organization. The are not fair. Miss communication

During the session (before proceeding), I inquired about adding the witness to the document. The notary responded that they could add the person, and since it’s an online process, I wouldn’t have any issues. They assured me that this was legal, and my document would be accepted. I proceeded to pay an additional $30.00 and added the witness. However, today, after submitting my form, I received an email from the Broward County that required the witness’s address. I contacted Proof Notarize, but they informed me that they couldn’t add the address. The honest course of action would be to refund the $55.00 I paid based on the information provided. To make matters worse, when I started their customer support, the automated system indicated that I would need another session to add the address. I refused to accept this and spoke to a personal chat associate, who confirmed that they couldn’t provide the witness’s address. There was a significant amount of miscommunication, and they stated that it wasn’t eligible for a refund. I am not changing my document; I only need to add the information from the witnesses I paid for.

Notarize but may not view or print on mobile apps

The notary procedure is great and so is the online support. Unfortunately, the notarized document is incompatible with mobile readers such as Google Files, Dropbox, Google Drive or Microsoft One Drive for either reading or printing. For example, the notary section on Google Files is blank. Printing on Google Drive produces an error. Printing from Dropbox produces a blank notary page.

Just an awful system that is not meant…

Just an awful system that is not meant for an actual human to use. Constant bugs, will not accept any documents more than 20 pages, makes you re-enter information, duplicate many times. Complete waste of time. Better to just walk to a notary.
