Nice people made the experience great. However the connection was dropped two times at first (two different people, one even did not show up). After connection dropped, I needed to get through entire authentication again (scanning passport and scanning my face). That was troublesoome.

I had several documents notarized this afternoon by separate Proof Notaries. Each one was polite, professional, and personable. Each made a normally stressful process (locating a notary, finding one that is open, etc.) nearly effortless. I wish I had known about this 24/7 online service sooner.
We have used your services before (2024) without any issues. This time your system did not allow both my husband and I to use the same email address and that started the nightmare!!! We use my email for all documents and transactions and that has never been a problem. The inability to use my phone and laptop for both of us for the notarization process, caused a ton of problems with multiple repetitions of information and verification. A process that should have taken 15 minutes took over 4 hours!!!! I suggest you allow one email for a married couple ( husband and wife) to sign and notarize documents.

super quick to get a notary. only a minor technical issue getting my docx uploaded but managed to upload and re-download my doc from my google drive and that file worked. My notary was very friendly and helpful too. I wish the price was more transparent upfront. mine was $25

The platform directed me from beginning to end, and I had not problems with uploading or signing documents. This is the first platform that took a picture of my license front and back with success the first time. I was directed to the notary via video and he was very courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The price is very fair!
