It's a joke. If you want to work for them. DO NOT. If you want some help, better to try AI.
Hi Thomas. Thank you for taking time to leave a review from a freelancer’s perspective. As a freelance editor working for us, you’ll know that we value a collaborative and supportive working environment. Unfortunately, your behaviour to our team today and in the past has been highly disrespectful, and we are unable to tolerate this from anyone in our organization. The way we work at Proofed doesn’t suit everyone, but we wish you the very best of luck in your future work.
Proofed gave me correct guidance and made changes and helped me do it also. In a article, changes have to be made based on how the journal will want the presentation. Proofed really helped me this that.

Dear Aram, Thank you so much for your glowing review. We are so happy to hear that you trust our services! We look forward to working with you again in the future. All the best, Hannah The Proofed Team
In general perspective the proofreading was quite well. But some explanations like "delete the e letter" or something like that were not clear enough. For the next time my advice would be to use more detailed instrucitons to make sentences more understandable. But the rest was very well.

We strive to provide useful comments and are open to feedback to ensure that we get orders right. We look forward to helping you with more of your writing in the future. All the best, The Proofed Team

I am a LLB Law Student and because my English is not my first language, sometimes I use Proofed to check my grammar. I am more than happy to collaborate with them; the work is done on time, and perfectly corrected.
Hello Diana, Thanks so much for your positive review. It's great to hear that you are happy with our work and found our service to be both punctual and accurate. We hope to work with you again soon! All the best, The Proofed Team
I was happy overall and impressed with speed of turnaround and cost: value for money was excellent. I have an English degree but was so pleased at the quality of suggestions that I accepted the cast majority of the suggestions. Another thing that impressed me was the succinctness of the suggestions. I didn’t need to trim my word budget, but the improvements came with an overall reduction in word count. I would have likes more feedback or human suggestions to improve my essay writing but, after the collapse of Capstone, I’m now a happy Proofed customer.
