Protech saved the day for my 2010 Mustang
I have a 2010 Mustang that I dearly love, great sentimental value (It belonged to my son) and ProTech saved the day. After the ECU failed I spent literally MONTHS chasing different avenues trying to get a replacement. The ECU was experiencing a "Heat Soak" issue due to it's proximity to the hot water radiator return (Thanks FoMoCo for that piece of genius engineering) I ordered it, provided the information requested, and had the replacement in under a week. Quick resync of the PATS system and I was back on the road. Was even able to re-apply a new custom tune to it that I had run on the old one. Thanks ProTech for saving the day and giving me a few more years with my car.

Previous review holds no standing and I can’t take it back. But there customer service is in the process of sending out a new ecm for my truck I had thought I was sending the last review as a message to the company not a a public letter so disregard thanks guys sorry for the confusion they do have great response times

The ECM resolved my issues
The ECM that I ordered resolved all of the issues I was having with the vehicle. The order was processed quickly and I received a follow up call from the support team to make sure that I understood what additional steps would be required after installation (a locksmith would be needed for reprogramming the vehicle keys and resetting the immobilzer). I received tracking information when the ECM was shipped and the ECM arrived within a week of when I ordered it. Installation went without a problem and so far everything is working well.
